Worst customer service ever. They treat customers like begger. I feel like i come to this bank to beg for help, not to receive a service. I'll move my business account to another bank.

Horrible. Went in to open a checking account, refused to help, and said everything is online. While waiting my 3 year old son needed the restroom, she refused to let him use the restroom. He peed in his pants as a result. Told me I had to clean it. She refused to give me anything to clean the floor with. I had to use my jacket to clean the floor. I can't believe people so rude have jobs in customer service.

WORST EXPERIENCE(S) EVER Unfortunately, there is not an option to leave 0 stars; Tellers at this branch are beyond rude and quite unhelpful; When I called about a question concerning my account, I was told they do not speak to customers over the phone; Ummmm, since when??????????? As I have called this branch before and obtained information; @CapitalOne, something needs to be done about this

I went to deposit some money earlier today. The lady that ended up helping me was Ms.Rayline. First, she took someone who wasn’t standing in line first. Then she proceeded to ask me what I needed and when I was telling her I was making a deposit, she turned around and took a phone call mid sentence. Lastly, when I inserted my card and it was time to remove it, on the first beep she told me “ are you gonna take that out now?” And rolled her eyes. I do not know this lady or did no such thing to deserve such bad customer service. Might not go here again

I’m in this Bank I cash my check at every Friday. And everyone has been so friendly and great customer service. There’s only you person in Front Customer Service line that’s not very happy. I think she’s unhappy 🙁 let’s all support her in prayer.

I'd rate them lower but can't. I had incident last Saturday at Drive Up Window. Called and complained to Capital One never heard back or got an apology.

I went to make a window cash deposit yesterday and when the teller asked me to confirm if the amount was correct, I stated that it was not. The amount was off by $25. I asked for my cash back and she told me it was already in the drawer. She could only give me back the amount that Capital One confirmed. Instead of giving me back the exact bills that I had given her, she put it in her drawer even after I stated this was the incorrect amount. I asked for a manager to see if the video from the camera in the drive through was recorded and she said yes. When I asked for it to be reviewed she said this is something she couldn’t approve. This seemed odd considering the circumstances. I asked to speak with her supervisor to review the cameras. She stated that she was unavailable but would give me a call. Capital one did call me back today and when I asked for the cameras to be reviewed she stated there was no camera footage but she interviewed the employee I spoke with yesterday. Again, very unsettling especially when I was told there was cameras the day before. When I asked why the money was put in the drawer even though I confirmed it was the incorrect amount, she stated that she didn’t know. Her response was that some of the employees put it in the drawer right away and some wait for the customer to confirm. This is a HUGE issue that should be standardized. What was the point of asking the customer to confirm if the amount is correct if I’m going to be told that I’m wrong and can only have what Capital One told me the amount was. I wanted the opportunity to get back the exact bills that I gave and do with my money what I please. Instead I was asked if my amount was correct, I stated no, and I was told that even though our amounts did not match, I would only be given what she counted because she put it in the drawer too soon. There could be so many other variables that were not considered when dealing with cash. It is very unsettling and suspicious that I was told that it was too late to give me back the exact bills I gave, that there was video footage by one manager, and that there was no footage by another who work in the same branch. They can not recognize that they made a mistake by putting the money in the drawer even though two separate amounts were counted instead of allowing the customer to decide what to do with their own money. Both my husband and I will be leaving Capital One as a customer due to the inconsistencies, the lack of care for their customers, and carelessness when handling cash. I would NEVER recommend this company.

I went in to open an account & was out within 30 minutes! Hannah did an amazing job, she thoroughly explained my options & we chose what best suited me. She was very professional & that's why I'm taking time out of my day to show my appreciation. Thank you Hannah. Capital One y'all have a great banker in her!!

Been sitting here for 30 min. Their service is very slow. Also, more egregious than that, there is no feedback at all on how far up the line you are. The bankers seem so disinterested in actually helping the customers, it’s almost a joke. The tellers are happy to just put their hands up and say sorry, talk to the bankers. Will try to use the other branches from now on.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The people who work here are idiots do NOT go here unless you want your money stolen from you. They stamped my tax return check THEN told me it couldn’t be cashed there and that I had to go somehwere else. I drove across town to Walmart’s money center to find out that the person had stamped the check so I can’t cash it anywhere else now. I’m screwed for the whole weekend now because they closed early today and I have to wait til Monday to go in there and argue with them and try to get my money. Seriously, do NOT USE THIS BANK. they will screw you over out of blatant ignorance.
