Was lied to today when all I needed was the computer to be hooked to the car. They told me it needs to have a check engine light on. Close to one of the dumbest things I've heard. You simply plug the computer up with the car running and go through the menu options. I'm gonna get guess they didn't know how to use a common mechanic tool so they just lied to get out of doing it. Not the first time either.

When I priced the item before going in 2 days later to get it, it ended up being less than what was quoted and the staff was fantastic and engaging. Helpful and knowledgeable in all questions I asked

Great customer service, guy came out to run a test on my battery and alternator and realized my battery needed replacement. He found a replacement and installed it as well, Great service. Highly recommended

The customer service gets a thumbs down. It was mainly the lady at the counter. I told her the year, make, and model of my vehicle and she just gave me the length of the wipers. I asked if the wipers had a part number. The said that was it giving me the length again. She told me the aisle and I ended up picking the correct length but the wipers didn't come with an adapter to connect to my Tundra and then the rain started coming down hard so I had to roll with the old wipers. It's ok. When I traveled to Many, Louisiana the next weekend the lady at the O'Reilly's fixed me right up. She located me the right ones and installed them for me. Oh, and the lady at AutoZone in LC didn't have anyone at the counter, but she sure didn't come from behind it to help me.

Joseph Chaisson out of store 1450 in Lake Charles, LA is a blessing. He was off his shift and passed me while changing my tire and offered better tools, a better jack and help. The fact that he offered me customer service outside of the store and didn’t have to has assured that he will handle all of my automotive business.

Thank you thank you I can not Express how thankful I am of you guys I was driven from Houston to new Orleans and my water pump went out on my truck and you guys had my pump and parts and went out of your way to help me and made sure I had everything I needed to get me back on the road even in the middle of the after mat of the hurricane your lights was barely on and yall still went out yall way to help thank you thank you

I just want to thank the great staff at auto zone Joseph Julian and Ronald. Over the New Years holiday me and my family was traveling from Atlanta ga to Houston tx when our truck broke down in Lake Charles la. We were stuck there for two days trying to get the truck repaired. Auto zone’s staff went over and beyond. I have never received so much concern and great service from a staff with such caring hearts. I am so thankful that we broke down at this location. we would have been stuck a lot long if it was not for Joseph Julian and Ronald!!! Thank you Auto Zone for choosing who you hire carefully because you certainly picked a PREFECT STAFF!!! Five stars is not enough for the rating I would give a million if possible.

The store on Medora street was very friendly and helpful. Joseph Chiasson and the rest of the staff assisted me on finding a battery terminal for my nissan maxima. I highly recommend anybody to go to this store if you need help finding tools, parts etc.

Mr. Patrick took care of all my needs..looking my request up actually taking me in the store to get the product and giving me choices of what would work and after ALL OF THAT....put my wipers and bulb it!!! Wouldn't go to any other location for my vehicle needs
