Best Aundouille Anywhere. I grew up on this and cannot cook without it. I have been going there since the early 1960. Always made a trip there after All Saints day travel to the Cemetery and stopped in to stock up on pork sausage, stuffed pork chops, boudin (red and white), Hogs head cheese and Aundouille. It would last until summer and we would track back to stock up again.

Typical country store with all of the traditional Louisiana foods your looking for. Smoked sausage is their specialty. I like this spot because the sausages are smoked with no preservatives. They were going through a bit of a renovation when I last visited. The store is small so the work made it a bit tighter but the food service was still available at the meat counter.
