Store had everything we needed, but the registers open were all self-checkout and then after we rang up and bagged everything the rude lady at the door made us wait 20 minutes so they could check our receipts and go through our cart.

I would give no stars, grocery pick up in thibodaux is a complete joke. Workers walking slower than slow and not wanted to do their job. I have been here over an hour.

This Walmart is actually one of my favorite Walmarts in the area as it offers all the amenities and yet the employees at this location actually seem to enjoy their jobs. This store always seems to be organized and clean. Restrooms are kept up and shelves seem to be stocked with your favorites that can't be found any place else at present.

Easy to shop with a buggy and not have to worry about running into someone's. Not many sale items but I did find what I was looking for. Most employees seemed to be shopping for online orders.. Check out lines were long but went fast. Plenty of near by parking and a friendly exit employee.

Was just told to wait so the woman at the door could check my receipt. I had one item (in a Walmart plastic bag) and my receipt visible. The other customer I had to wait behind had a whole buggy. The door woman did not even look at either receipt well…..so what’s the point other than to embarrass shoppers who have clearly bought their items.

Walmart pickup is a joke. Waited 2 hours for pickup. Finally called the manager. She told me they brought my stuff out and I wasn't there. I told her I was parked in the same place for 2 hours and hadn't moved. Girl parked next to me was there before me and I got my stuff before her. Every time I go there it's the same problem. By now you ought to know it folks it is what it is. This store in particular does seem to have a greater share of unwelcoming people with bad attitudes. I've learned to visit the pharmacy but going to the pickup down the number and they deliver right to the car. That's a nice convenience
