Been to this store a few times already. Haven’t had a bad experience yet. There’s a very nice lady who works in the electronics section. She helped me find a phone charger and was very kind and helpful to other customers as well from what I saw.

People bringing their animals like it’s a pet store. I personally don’t buy anything out in the open like fruits & veggies. Also absolutely nothing from the bottom shelf as might have some dog hair and urine on everything. Service dogs I can understand but get your groceries from the pick up if you want to bring your dog.

As always WalMart has a great selection and lower prices than others. However they do not have enough employees to meet their pick-up commitments. Too hot for an old woman to wait. Also every grocery in the area seems to have a better meat selection although usually at higher prices.

Online grocery pickup. Go to pick up. Not a spot open for pickup. Also no one in the cars parked there. Being private property there should be an attempt to monitor that by Walmart. Start towing and I bet word will get out and it'll stop. Shame people are that inconsiderate when shopping.

Truly if I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve had 3 bad experiences at this location this week alone. This Walmart needs to be closed or under new management. Today I had a curbside pickup scheduled at 3pm. At 3pm I receive a text that my order is running late. This happens every time with this location and calling customer service has never helped as it continues to happen. I finally received a message that my order was ready just before 7pm. This is the 5th time my order has been late by 3+ hours. 2 times I was already at the store. First - tell people earlier than the pickup time that you’re running behind. It can’t be a secret, you knew earlier than that since the order was ready nearly 4 hours later. Earlier this week my husband brought his car to the auto center to have the battery replaced. We have purchased 2 batteries from Walmart. One in 2017 and one in 2019. No one is at the kiosk, which is fine, it was early - before 8am. So we walk up to get assistance and are greeted by a worker. After explaining what we are trying to accomplish the worker tells us that we have to pull our own battery out and bring it in to be tested. Then the worker proceeds to argue with me that he can’t do it because they only have two staff members. I spoke to the manager and he arranged to have someone else take my battery out. After taking it out and testing it, it was a bad battery. My husband goes to pick up the car and they tell him the only warranty they see is from 2017. When I handed them the receipt from 2019. Pure incompetence, terrible customer service and overall not worth the few pennies savings. Shut this one down.

If I could leave a zero, I would. I do not work for Walmart. They did not have one register open. It was all self check out. When I asked for an employee to help, she said there was nothing she could do and I would have to ck myself out. I asked for a manager since she could not help. There were 3 employee talking to each other at self ck out just standing there. My husband told them we don't do self ck out and one finally volunteered to ck us out at the self line. The manager came over 10 minutes later and was telling me I should not complain because I don't understand what's going on and they have no staff. She had 2 other employees that came with her. I was never rude, never raised my voice, however I was adamant that I would either leave my cart with 200 worth of groceries or they could ck me out. I explained and pointed to 5 employes standing around that one could run a register. The manager was rude and dismissive as if I were the problem. She needs to go back to manager school and learn how to treat customers along with the 1st employee. The only kudos goes to the one woman who agreed to help.

Give discounts for people who do self checkout. Instead of shoving it down our throat give an incentive to do it. The employees today were very helpful friendly. Thanks the flowers in the women's bathroom were a nice touch.

Best prices on oil changes in town. $46 for 5 qts of full synthetic oil and filter. Only $22 for regular oil and filter. Was in and out in 35 minutes. They're not as fast as the stay in your car places but are basically HALF PRICE. This is my new oil change store.

I stop here regularly for groceries when coming home late from work, when only WM and the gas stations are open. Stuff for lunches, restock home items, etc. Like it isn’t bad enough there are NO human cashiers, Wed night they had a phalanx of workers shouting at shoppers, counting down to closing. “Eight minutes ma’am!” If I were an employee there, I’d find that unacceptable from a coworker or manager. And since we have to ring up our own purchases, I feel like we’re there working, not getting paid, and being disrespected as well. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a retail store.
