Nick needs to be known as a professional AT&T store rep. Everybody needs to ask for Nick in store or over the phone. He got you.

Worse experience of my life. 1 month to install my internet. And still not installed. There’s got to be someone somewhere that cares. This is horrible. 4 trips to the att&t store and multiple phone calls. A disaster.

No wait at all for servicing. We already knew what we wanted so everything was straight to the point and efficiently executed. We were offered helpful after service suggestions. We were even offered a plan to lower our bill by a little under $10. Percent shopping experience!

Darby was amazing. Tended to all my needs and went above and beyond what I expected. She is the best rep there. Did what was best for me with out trying to rip me off. Saved me tons of money on my data plan and got me a new phone at a good price! Have had some not so good interactions with some of the other reps there so was pleased to have a friendly, knowledgeable person helping me. If they had 10 of her the store would be amazing! Thanks Darby, will only be dealing with you every time I go.
