I really do enjoy this place. I used to work here, and staff were very sweet and cooperative. The outdoor pool is very clean, and the splash-pad is awesomeee! I really do recommend this place for any lap or recreational swimming.

What a joke. 70$ to use the pool and basketball hoops, 120$ To use the gym. Who can afford these prices??? This ISNT A COMMUNITY CENTER!! THIS IS A GYM FOR RICH PEOPLE AND THEIR KIDS. How the heck is anyone working an actual labor job suppose to use this? It’s all for bourgeois New Orleans boomers and their kids after they pick them up from Newman. Can’t believe you call yourself a community center when YOU ONLY SERVE RICH PEOPLE!!

I’m not sure I’ve ever been in a cleaner gym in my life before. The place is immaculate and it has everything one might want from a gym. Weight room, spin classes, basketball courts, pickle ball, yoga classes, bikes, treadmills, a steam room, locker room, showers, TRX classes, and the list really goes on. We just joined this week and I look forward to going to the JCC everyday! Highly recommend!

Nice outside heated lap pool. Open only in the mornings and late afternoons. They don't accept Silver Sneakers but they reciprocate with other JCCs. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

JCC has always been a clean, friendly and welcoming environment. The staff is very engaging and positive which makes for a great workout environment. Highly recommend this facility!

Fantastic facility, but you have to go through THREE security checks—including two fingerprint scans at locked gates—to get in, even when it’s fully staffed. Beyond ridiculous, and completely unnecessary as you can’t enter the facility without scanning through the front desk. I start each workout feeling like I’m in a prison.

Not a good personal experience. Did not feel comfortable there. Had a problem with a personal trainer and requested a different one. The dircector assign a different trainer after 2 months that didn't want to train me. I ended up not going to my remaining training sessions and just left. Terrible for the self confidence. They just took my money. When you cancel membership they request that you make a written request which is fair. I put my request in April for May. They let me know that I was to late to have a May disconnect which I accepted. However, when june came they charged me claiming that they weren't sure the email I used to request the cancel of membership was mine. I paid for an extra month. So in total I paid for personal training I didn't use, and was charge 2 extra months I didnt want. Also, made to feel uncomfortable there. The faclties are nice and they are maintain.

Nice facility and staff is friendly. Parking can be hard sometimes but not too bad. My only complaint is that they close at 5pm on Fridays during the winter. Not very convenient for people who work. Wasn't explained to us when we signed up.

Very nice facilities. Recently updated. Indoor pool area is awesome and so is the snack bar and outdoor pool area. It's a much nicer JCC compared to Metairie. Parking could be difficult during peak season.

I would like to thank Leslie Fishman and the staff of the JCC for providing Hadassah meeting room for our monthly board meeting . We thank you all , from the secretaries who we contact to reserve the meeting room, to the IT person (Roy was the assigned staff on June18th) who makes sure that the electronic equipments are set and are available to help when we encounter problems. The rooms are always clean ,comfortable and conducive for meetings. We can't ask for a better service. We loved it. Ilana Reisin , New Orleans Chapter of Hadassah President
