I wouldn’t recommend going here, they will actually steal from you and scam you!! In the past they stole my spare tire. I had to call and complain to get it back. More recently, I had a leak in my tire when I went to put on the spare the rim was gone. Now I’m going to have to pay hundreds of dollars for a new rim…. I’m never giving NTB my business again.

My wife brings her vehicle there and they have completely made all concerns worse. The customer service is horrible. We have spent souch money and time its ridiculous. We have reached out to management and to no avail. We want a refund! Corporate please reach out to us. The entire team is garbage. The front desk guy is clueless and poor customer service skills. Please remove him....

Horrible experience thanks to the manager Mitchell. Purchased 2 rear tires and extend warranty in January totaling $764. The tires visibly had lost a lot of tread and definitely needed to be replaced only after 5k miles and 7months. Mitchell came outside to look at the tires on the car and immediately said it's a issue with the car and the $150 warranty is voided. Mitchell didn't take the car into the shop to lift it up or check it out. He stated that the car had alignment issues. So I asked him why wasn't that suggested before they put the tired on the car? He claimed that it happened after they installed the tires and that voided the warranty. Note the tires only had 5k miles on them so if it was an alignment issue the shop should've brought it to my attention before installing New tiresand and telling me to buy an additional $150 warranty. Mitchell was very unprofessional and uncooperative. He said the best he could do was take off %10 on a new set that now cost $125 more per tire. Luckily there's a happy ending. I went to the metarie location and they were the complete opposite and actually took the time to investigate and ordered me new tires and I only had to pay the increase price difference. The manager Mitchell is horrible for your business and I highly recommend going to the metarie location

On August 1st my Fiance requested that we receive new tires for her Honda Civic 2010. Normally, I'm cheap and go to a shop where tires are not warranted or guaranteed in craftsmanship. I decided, that my fiance needs new tires due to a report done from Honda Royal on Veterans. On August 1st I looked on Google and checked NTB and Firestone ,where Firestone is used by all my family. I decided to go with NTB since they are near my work on 1515 Saucedo. NTB attracted me more with 0% interest for 12 months over a certain amount I believe was $750. Our complete set with taxes including a 5 year alignment would come to around $1,300. To me that's awesome, you're looking at 6 alignments and lifetime rotation. This was not the problem......the problem was with your credit lenders. On the website I was attracted with 0% for 12 months and that either a CC authorization or account number would be provided to the SPECIFIED location that I choose to do bussiness with. When we arrived, Rob checked us in. He was disappointed to inform us that the tires we ordered online were not in stock, but then he told us multiple other comparable options to choose from. After we picked our tires, I explained to Rob that I didn't have the physical credit card yet, but he assured me it would not be a problem. When it was time to ring us up, that changed. I didn't receive a confirmation email listing the card number, and he was unable to pull it up on his computer. Rob then went above and beyond to help us through the situation. He got on the phone with Customer Service with us, and then he called his manager, and then we called another number. The entire time we're dealing with this, Rob is balancing assisting other custoners and answering the phones. Eventually we were able to get the credit card number. Robert thank-you for everything you did, you are a example of hospitality in NOLA and I commend you sir! Also shout out to the tech, I forgot your name, did amazing on balance and installation on the tire. I will be back and will look forward to spread this information to my GM who owns a fleet of vehicles.

My dad took my car to get an oil change and then with the service they usually check under your hood etc. Well yesterday my car battery died on me and plus there was corrosion around my terminal, to the point where my positive terminal is actually loose/cracked. When we called to ask why we were not told about this -- they had no remorse and gave attitude on the phone because we were upset we did not get a service we PAID for. They said that the issue was noted, but why the hell would you note something and not let the owner of the car know? Worst experience and will not be going back. I do not recommend yall do either

When you have battery or tire issues, it’s always frustrating to deal with. The staff was nice, and having to be fit in around appointments is not convenient so you’ll be here awhile, but they try to give decent time estimates. They told me about 2 hrs. Their credit and debit system was down but no one knew that, I tried three different cards. The manager just huffed and puffed when my multiple attempts with multiple cards failed. It wasn’t until another customer had multiple cards declined that they realized it was them not me. I had to leave my drivers license and go to a ATM to get cash so I would say bring cash because they won’t know if the payment system is down and they offer to write down your card info and charge it later. I was here for over 3 hrs for a battery change and trying to pay my bill.

I went to NTB with the intention of buying four new tires but after two very (long) frustrating visits, to get price and availability.... I finally gave up and drove across the street to Firestone. World of difference! After a minimal wait Billy, a managing partner, explained my tire and price options. I made my selection and was back home within two hours. Very happy with Firestones service and my four new tires!

I want to tell you about a surprisingly good experience I had at NTB. I stopped at NTB located across from Xavier University today because my air pressure sensor kept lighting up. First, I know very little about cars, and second I have a earned distrust of car repair/dealership staff taking advantage of my limited finances. When I entered the building, I was pleased to see that all the employees were practicing social distancing, were wearing masks, goggles and gloves, and were cleaning seats and tables as customers left. All the staff I encountered were very professional, and friendly even though they stayed very busy with customers. I was lucky to get Carlos Ponce, service manager to assist me. I have to admit I gave him a hard time while he explained that I needed 2 tires and how much they were going to cost. He was very patient, and empathize with my situation. Carlos showed me how dangerous my tires were (bald) and out of alignment. He crunched the numbers until I felt comfortable with the final bill. He gave me options and worked to make my budget get me the best warranty and follow up choices. While it took a while, about 2 hours, to complete the tire installation and alighnment. I can't complain because I was a walk in and they fit me in between appointments. I will go back again for other services based on today.
