I just wanted to say that the 3 guys that are working in the AT&T store in New Roads are great. Everytime we go there they have different employee's. Me and my husband hope that they keep these guys permanently. They were all extremely helpful, polite, and very well mannered. As well as pleasant to talk to, We enjoyed our time with them. To let any of them go would be a disservice to your company.

The customer service here is horrible! I was shouted at and made to feel like I was wasting their time. They refused to follow their own “Buyer’s Remorse Exchange Program”. I called AT&T customer care while speaking with the store associates and they would not even listen to what she had to say. When customer care asked for their names they refused to share their names with her. VERY SHADY BUSINESS GOING ON HERE! My fiancé was escorted out because he asked them to read their policy for “Buyer’s Remorse” out loud! I will NEVER step foot in this location again as long as these people are still working there! ** I gave it 1 star bc that was the only way I could post my review! They don’t even deserve 1 star!

Can't say thanks enough to Karl. The husband and I came in looking into options for new phones, dreading the entire process. However, Karl managed to make me enjoy my time in an AT&T store. From start to finish he explained everything from what we were currently paying for to the benefits we were missing out on. He inquired about my work background and found that I qualified for a 25% off teacher discount, which he applied. He saved us additional money with bank draft discount. The savings alone are paying for our new devices as well as a phone for my 10 yr old. TEACHERS Karl is the man to see at AT&T!!!!

I just left at&t and I need the manager, because they are in there playing mind games about who rung my mother and they said she wasn't there and I didn't pay for the phone. In which I did and my mother gave him her credit card to do so and he was rude and very unprofessional about the whole situation. We went up there for a problem in which she wanted to switch a iPhone to a android for my little brother. They tried to fast talk them and my mother told them no they will pay full price, but they still added another line with other unwanted fees need to get in contact with Mr Karl and Victoria . Everything that was added added to almost 1,000 dollars. I need to get in touch with Mr karl and Victoria Boone.

While solving the issue, he asked to take a moment to look over my accounts. After a few minutes of searching, he found discounts and new solutions to fit my family needs. He was even able to save me money by switching my internet and TV providers to AT&T. Extremely Satisfied and Karl is the reason. Will definitely send all my friends and family to him and his crew.
