I brought a framed piece of art work in to have hanging wire put on the back. Yvonne came out to help me. She immediately took it to the work room and had it back out to me so fast I hardly had a chance to sit down! The cost was only $4.00! AMAZING customer service!

This rating is for Michaels.com…I ordered 2 items a month ago. One of the items arrived 2 weeks later. The other however was not only late but the package was EMPTY!! The only thing inside was the shipping slip. 😂 I mean, how can anyone in their right mind put a shipping slip inside a package and not notice the bag is empty? Anyways, needless to say I’m annoyed because not only did I have to wait a long time for it, but in the end it never even arrived! Also, it’s not as easy as say Amazon is, to get someone to help you at Michaels. Very frustrated right now.

Is great that there's not a lot of people coming in but everybody is staying safe with masks on. Lot of discounts right now And the staff is very very helpful!

Went into Michaels in Stevenson Ranch because I needed to buy small starfish. Walked around as I do in all the stores I am new to. The aisles are a good size to walk around. I asked an employee if they had the item I was looking for and she just said aisle 13. This was my first time at Michael's and wasn't sure we're aisle 13 was or even which way at least. She then pointed across the room. So I felt a little awkward because I would have liked a little more guidance of where to find the item I was looking for.
