I should've known to turn around when it was empty on a Saturday. The lady had a lot to say about how bad my hair is and why don't I do treatments. My hair is not bad at all... I don't even dye it. She cut off more than I asked for, did MUCH shorter layers than I wanted and kept slapping my face with my hair as she combed it. She was just really tacky and defaulted to a standard cut despite my request. Fortunately the cut is tolerable and my hair grows fast enough that I won't be stuck with it too long.

Had a great haircut by Aldous! She was great to talk to and I didnt have to wait in line! Most importantly I liked my haircut a lot! Great job!

My hair was rinsed and the lady didn't wrap my hair well enough so water was dripping down my back. My hair feels like it got cut with a pair of regular scissors.

I recently had to review my rating due to some of my hairstylist that I had for many years now left without notice didn't tell her customers and I also informed her when she took on me that she would inform me if she were ever to leave the company which she did not do. I am very sad to say I'm disappointed in her hair styling efforts. I really did enjoy coming here I got my hair colored and she did a great job. It just was shocking to find out one day when I was going to make an appointment to come see her that she was no longer with the company. I can say this must be how all hairstylist are because this is the second one I had the previous one was my hairstylist for almost 10 years and left me without notice as well.

In the past i have had Summer as my stylist and she is great. My recent visit, i had a male cut my hair and he cuts off off way more than we agreed on. We both agreed on trimming off 3 inches, and i ended up with hair 6 to 7 inches shorter than with i started with. Disappointed.

Rachel did an amazing job with my haircut. I couldn't be more pleased. She talked to me before and during the cut and was very attentive to what I wanted and made it a reality. Will definitely be going back to her again :-)

I was very dissatisfied with my experience and the man who cut my hair was very rough while brushing my hair, and the first thing he did when I sat down was just chopped it to the length we were discussing right then and there but a length I had never confirmed. I did not like the way I was treated here and I will not be coming back. I do not recommend this Fantastic Sams.
