Horrible pharmacy. Rude and can’t even understand them on the phone. Completely unhelpful. Next time I’ll just go in and demand the service required and won’t leave the counter until I get it. They didn’t even do a count on a controlled medication (which was wrong). Unbelievable.

Horrible pharmacy. Rude and can’t even understand them on the phone. Completely unhelpful. Next time I’ll just go in and demand the service required and won’t leave the counter until I get it. They didn’t even do a count on a controlled medication (which was wrong). Unbelievable.

This is the absolute WORST PHARMACY in the South Houston Area. I typically don’t write these type of reviews because I am very understanding however my experience here was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! My Father’s prescriptions could not be found. Only to find out that they’ve imputed his information COMPLETELY WRONG! I’ve been back and forth with the Pharmacist and Store Manager and received zero levels of concern. I’m surprised this Pharmacy is even open. I’ll never come to this Pharmacy ever again, and if you care about yourself you shouldn’t either. Everything is a joke to them. It’s DISGUSTING and degrading. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE and LACK OF CONCERN.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with in my life as a disabled veteran. They continually put you on hold and as of late they lied to me twice about prescription status because the person I dealt with was incompetent. Take your business elsewhere if you are lucky enough to have that option.

The pharmacy in this Walgreens and the other one in Friendswood are awful. It does not matter the time of day, always behind, always "come back in an hour" I will be using a different company, I would rather pay out of pocket more rather than deal with them again. Unfortunately it seems to be a pattern for MANY customers.

Terrible service. Lousy store manager. Looks like she just walked in from the bar. Angry angry woman. Never again. Take your business to Kroger. The food was out dated. The refrigerator section was warm. And the people there look like they raided the local juvenile hall.

Beware! Please count your medication when you pick up your prescriptions from this pharmacy. I had a prescription filled for 60 pills yesterday. When I went to fill my weekly pill boxes this evening, I realized they only gave me 30 pills. Called the pharmacy immediately and explained and they told me to hold on and they would count their inventory. They came back on the phone and said sorry, our inventory is not over 30 pills and we cant refill or give you any more medication. Advised me to call my doctor for another prescription. So basically Im a liar and someone pocketed my medication.

I witness it all the time, everyone is treated the same, treated very well! One time I decided to wait for my script (my own choice) and an employee gave me a free soda pop while I waited. The pharmacy does not have any control over insurance, they can only do what is put down there by the insurance company and/or a Doctor. MY Walgreen's (this Walgreen's) is the best, the ppl bend over backwards to be nice,...and...they are smart too.
