This place is an absolute joke. We were so excited to have a new 7-Eleven in the neighborhood. Every time I go in there their floors are sticky the cups are stocked up the straws are missing. The Internet doesn’t work so they can only take cash. The staff is rude. I really wish they would close down I think it was a much better establishment as an abandoned gas station. ~Luke

No stars but you have to give one for a review. We went to pickup my wife's prescription in the morning, not busy, waited 30 minutes inline to be told it wasn't ready come back in the afternoon. Wife got an alert that it was filled. Got thwr very busy people leaving the line before getting seen. Waited another 30 minutes while the team tried to locate it. Lost it. They filled it after another 15-20 minutes waiting then overcharged me by substituting the generic but charging me for the brand name. We later discovered. Asked for my wife's IDs back and was told that I should have shown MY ID! How is that on me when you don't ask for it!?! Why should I need to ask for ID bqck? Absolute chaos. The pharmacist was busier and quieter than the 2 helping her. Doing her job correctly. Training these people again may help...lots of chatter about how is this and why doesn't this work? ~fatboy

Worst customer service I've had in a long time. When I asked why he didn't come on the speaker to help me at the pump he blamed me for not coming in. I had a child in the car and could not leave her. None of the "new" pumps work fo cards outside so if you're in a hurry this place is NOT FOR YOU! He then kept telling me it be easier to do his job if they had another person hired. I own my own business and I have never ever thought about blaming the customer! I hope he gets retrained so he can do more than 1 thing at a time! Or maybe you can hire a woman and she would be able to handle everything for him..since he clearly cannot multitasking which is a large part of most jobs. Im sorry for anyone that stops in there and has to deal with him. Hopefully he won't blame any other customers. ~Ranae

I swiped two card 7 times only to be told it couldn’t read. Disturbed I went in, mask and all. Woman at the counter luckily put her phone down to see me. Told her “twenty on two” and “seems like the machine isn’t reading cards right. Is this a problem?” She said nothing. Just looked back at her phone and put money in the till. I asked “is this it?” She said “ya. Take care.” I will. I’ll take care to buy gas where they employ good workers and take care of their pumps. I know I’m on tilt but show a little emotion amd attention that someone is there and having problems with your pump. Or just have fun with your phone. That’s cool too. ~Beers

Horrible pharmacy. Rude and can’t even understand them on the phone. Completely unhelpful. Next time I’ll just go in and demand the service required and won’t leave the counter until I get it. They didn’t even do a count on a controlled medication (which was wrong). Unbelievable. ~Tiger

Today was a very hectic day and I felt pretty down. I visited this location and interacted with an employee named Lori. She really brightened up my day. She was very helpful and professional as well as cheery even after dealing with a disgruntled customer. It's really sad that people bring their problems to others because of their unhappiness. I frequent this location a lot but never really interacted with Lori. I guess she's a back up cashier. Regardless, she put a smile on my face which uplifted me just a bit. Better woman than I am because that customer would have stayed under my skin at least the next 24 hrs. Anyway, I love this location because their always organized, well stocked and I've never seen their restroom dirty/smelly as I have at other stores. I actually drive past many stores to get to this particular one. Thank you to all the employees holding it together as some people lose their minds in this crazy and unpredictable world we live in today. Ty ~Sherryl
