No stars but you have to give one for a review. We went to pickup my wife's prescription in the morning, not busy, waited 30 minutes inline to be told it wasn't ready come back in the afternoon. Wife got an alert that it was filled. Got thwr very busy people leaving the line before getting seen. Waited another 30 minutes while the team tried to locate it. Lost it. They filled it after another 15-20 minutes waiting then overcharged me by substituting the generic but charging me for the brand name. We later discovered. Asked for my wife's IDs back and was told that I should have shown MY ID! How is that on me when you don't ask for it!?! Why should I need to ask for ID bqck? Absolute chaos. The pharmacist was busier and quieter than the 2 helping her. Doing her job correctly. Training these people again may help...lots of chatter about how is this and why doesn't this work?

the staffs at this Walgreens are very friendly, especially the one named zee. parking is provided at the premise. close to whataburger. the road is bit busy during peak hour. you can buy many things here. sometimes they had special offers and clearance sale.

Sent notification that my daughter's prescription was ready within minutes of the time the pharmacy closed. I arrived to pick it up and the pharmacy had just closed. I didn't realize they close considerably earlier on the weekends than on the weekdays.

Would not give me my prescription even though I had my work pic idea my paperwork from the court signed by a judge my birth certificate and driver's license on my phone I explained I knew the law and if I had government paperwork from the judge it should be released to me when I mentioned I always come in on Monday for the last 10 years and deal with the Chinese pharmacist they said he's going to get in trouble Wich is not his fault and SHOULD Not 🚫 be in trouble they were using there power very wrong I had to get a complete stranger to show his i.d so apparently anyone can pick up my prescription that's scary they have a law to make sure you are the one picking it although anyone can pick your prescription up that's scary just because I dont drive and no passport AND on top of that I had a 120.00 of shopping I did and left it in the bag on the counter until I found someone to show his I'd I DID NOT 🚫 leave the store and 10 minutes later paid for my prescription and asked for my bags I shopped for that was already bagged up and they said the manager was already putting it back on the shelves I was treated worse than I ever have been in retail they didn't even wait till I had one foot out the door this was handled very poorly and the other pharmacist should not get in trouble the manager said there having a meeting to repremend him when it should be the manager that was on shift yesterday

Worst pharmacy ever!! Was hung up on several times, then hold, transfer, hold….finally was told 1 1/2 hours, came in 2 hours. Most important prescription of my 3 wasn’t and was told to come back tomorrow. Wow!!! Use this pharmacy at your own risk!!!

I have never had a problem with this pharmacy. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I have used this pharmacy since we moved here in 1979. My wife and I appreciate everyone at this location. Thanks for being here for us.

I have gone a few times and just to get your medicine takes such a long time. I finally went through the drive thru because I had my kids and the service is so much slower i was stuck in line and couldn’t leave I was there for about 20 minutes once at the window they won’t even acknowledge you.

The pharmacy was supposed to refill a thyroid medication prescription, I kept waiting but they failed to contact me to let me know that they no longer carried the name brand of that prescription. I went into the store to find out what the holdup was today he said my insurance didn’t cover the name brand .I said I would pay out-of-pocket ,it would only be $30 to get the generic. The tech said they would have it ready for me in two hours ,I’ve waited for the the text but it never got filled.Now the pharmacy is closed. I’ve never had any issue with this pharmacy before . I contacted the manager and she said that she would speak with the pharmacist about it. I must admit that I’m a bit concerned that they are dropping the ball.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this time I’m making an exception. This particular Walgreens pharmacy I continually experience the worst experience ever. Nobody there ever answers the phone and if your waiting for someone to answer the majority of the time you get disconnected. Don’t get me started on the drive through. Put your car in park because you’re going to wait an absurd amount of time. The guy with dark hair that works the drive through who I have coined “Mister Friendly” is the rudest human. I haven’t seen him recently so maybe that problem has been rectified. Go elsewhere where your time and experience is valued!

This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst. Told it would be a half hr so I came back hr later and stood in line for 20+ minutes. Longest I've ever had to wait for a pharmacy. Called my Dr. and had them send order to another location. Wasn't going back.
