Thursday, Sept.2, heavyset tall black lady, at the register, expressed she DIDN'T CARE IF There WAS NO.CHEESE FOR NACHOS. THERE NEVER IS, NEVER!! She actually said" I DON'T CARE"! APPARENTLY THE MANAGEMENT Doesn't CARE EITHER!!! Laplace and Belle Terre. I will make it a point not to buy my gas there!!!

I went to big river in norco on Tuesday may 19 2020 to get PowerBar megamillion and lotto tickets about 6pm the first girl told me that the other girl at the other register would take care of me then that girl told me I had to go to the first register the girl at the first register then told me I would have to wait she was busy! YES SHE WAS BUSY ALRIGHT!!! BUSY TEXTING ON HER PHONE AND BEING RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!! that was $15 in sales lost so I went to race track in laplace where I had no issues and the cashier was courteous

Most employees are rude. Mainly the woman that works nights. A thick girl in her late 20s early 30s. They just need to be more polite and the one anove needs to lose her attitude! It's Every time I go up there and she is working but she is always rude! Wish I could remember her name!

My dumpster was filled up by the big river store next door to me I called the corporate office and talked to the general manager Nora I told her the problem and asked her if they would come dump the dumpster she told me no so now I have to pay to have there trash hauled off
