This is the worst Burger King experience in a while. We were heading to church but needed a quick breakfast so we ordered pancakes. The woman on the speaker was very rushy. We pulled up to the window and paid, then was told to pull back behind the pole.... We did it even though we shouldn't have to fix their time clock....she looked out the window so we pulled up. She said to us "I didn't tell you to pull back up but that's fine you can stay there." My husband asked for a receipt and she said their receipt machine didn't work. She then turned back and asked the cook( or food warmer) if the food was almost done because my husband was rude 😠 no he wasn't Ms.thing tapping her fake nails on the window. I would've put her name but she didn't care to put on a name tag. Needless to say I will be calling corporate to let them know of the poor service we received around 9:30 when we got there so whoever was in window, you may want to talk to if you value your customers. We won't be back to that location, I will drive out my way to go somewhere else where people value my money.

Service is the most important segment of satisfying your customers. When service is seriously compromised, having repeat customers decreases exponentially. And Burger King was concerned about giving the best possible service to customers at one time...it is so sad that the Corporation is not concerned about a small but tremendous aspect of doing business. So sad...

In the line for about 7 or 8 mins. The female came to the intercom 3 times saying I'll be with you in a moment. If y'all can't take orders or iF having a issue SAY THAT. Clearly I'm in line because I'm hungry. Don't waste my time. I could of just went elsewhere instead of being played with for almost 10 minutes.

The cashier at the window was nice.I asked to have my meat come off broilet because I wanted to make sure it stayed hot until I got home.it was not.There was a small dab of mustard and ketchup.Not satisfied.Too tired to go back.

Completely disrespectful workers, and probably one of the worst burger kings I have ever been to. Worker taking our order kept smaking his lips and saying OMG several times while he was complaining because I have a big family only "6 people" and was ordering more food then usual. And then made the comment we only two people in here...not my problem. If I could, I would give it a negative 50 stars!!!!!!

Only the drive thru was open. I was in a Big Rig Bobtail (tractor without trailer) I pulled on the side of the window bc I was too big to get in the car line. I was discriminated against bc of the size of my vehicle. The lady out right ignored. And I won't be back even when all of this covid 19 pandemic is over. I hope more people won't go back, to bad we have to make deliveries to places like that.

I ordered the Ch'King Deluxe combo in drive thru while in Plaquemine; horrible experience! It took 3x's and a call for it to be remotely right? How hard is adding lettuce and tomato to a sandwich? Apparently it's impossible at the Burger King in Plaquemine! Horrible service; period! No lettuce or tomato at all the first time I returned my sandwich. The 2nd time my chicken itself was horribly overcooked! The last time I got something spicy(which I never ordered) without lettuce and tomato again!! I asked for a manager but was conveniently lied to! I won't be returning ever; I suggest no one goes here! Horrible attitudes, customer service, and food. I didn't even eat the food after all of that! But I'll never visit ANY other Burger King in the foreseeable future! I wish I can give negative stars; I would!

I was so disappointed with this visit. I ordered a whopper and it was inedible. There was none of the Burger King char marks on the meat and the meat felt like rubber but tasted like cardboard. It didn't even look palatable. The bread felt and tasted old and stale and the sandwich wasn't even hot. My fries were good, which I ate. I took one bite of the burger however, spit it out and threw it away. They got the second star solely for the hot fries.
