So my van has been leaking oil for a while and i took my van here to get it diagnosed. They didn't even take the time to clean off the oil or anything. All they did was shine a flashlight in there and be like oh it's the cover over the timing belt that is leaking and this is gonna be like $1500 to fix it. I freaked out a bit. But after calming down decided to get a second opinion. This time i went to an actual authorized mechanic who actually took the time to properly diagnose it and found it was actually the plastic housing for the oil filter that was leaking and that was only an $800 fix almost half the price. In other words don't trust them they don't appear to take the time to do things properly.

The body shop guy Mr Hill is a great body man.. The service is good he is friendly and will work with you any way he can. So if your in need of a paint job ,estimate, or any type of cosmetic work on your car I would recommend Mr Ted Hill any day... Thank you

They are top of the line, with repairs, and customer services. They work fast and hard to get you back on the road. I was evacuating from NOLA when my car had issue. The hotel manager recommended them to me. I was in and out in 90 min. Thanks guys!

These guys are amazing we were broke down in our RV coming from Texas to Florida and they went out of our way to get us back on the road!! They made us feel like family we were never worried about being ripped off. I can not say thank you enough for all they did!! Above and beyond!!!!!

Im a first time customer to try to use this mechanic shop. When i first called the guy answered the phone and was very outgoing to get my business. I waited 2 weeks for them to tow my car to the shop never showed up no phone calls. I called them a few times the answer i got was my man was busy when the tow truck was sitting at the shop. So i towed my car there with my friend towing me there. I called three days later to check on how my car was coming the guy that answered the phone told my my car needed to be rewired. When i diagnosed the car myself and the crankshaft position sensor was bad. So i called back talked to the owner and he was polite and told me he never looked at my car yet. So a month and a week goes by i go to the shop talk to the owner again about a eta time on when he will ger to my car he said maybe tomorrow. So i went and got my leys and had my car towed to another mechanic shop in Vicksburg Ms. So as a consumer do not use this shop they lie, there rude, they wont ever work on your car much less call you back and keep you updated on your vechile. There customer service sucks. Do not bring your car here.

Broke down on interstate. These folks were great. Extremely well priced, efficient and even carried us to a hotel and picked us up. Very friendly and did a good job on repairs. Couldn't ask for better service.

These guys moved heaven and earth for me. Had me back on the road in 1hr 10 min. Absolutely insane mechanical skills sets here, work ethic second to none. I have nothing but praise for these Fine Men. Glad to see there's still some good ones out there. Probably the best kept secret in eastern Louisiana. I'll be stopping by on my next run, just to say hello, they're that kinda people.

Hats off to Loyd and his crew. Our F250 broke down on the Highway and they towed us back to the shop. Gave us a spot on their property to park our 36 ft Toy hauler/RV and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Wonderful and trustworthy folks. Thanks again, Loyd
