My alarm would go off for no reason, had it serviced several times, problem continued. I’m a paralyzed woman living alone, I need a system I can depend on. Asked to discontinue service and get refund for remainder of the year. Initially Tony agreed but didn’t follow through on his word. Wouldn’t take my call, wouldn’t call me back, wouldn’t answer an email. Beware, if something goes wrong, this company will leave you high and dry.
