Second time I attempted to get my tires rotated and was told they weren't doing tire rotations. The first time was because the air compressor was broken. The second time was because they were short staffed. I also had to request that my tires be inflated, even though that is supposed to be included with an oil change. Service: Oil change

Got my oil changed here, then a few weeks later I noticed liquid leaking under my car. The mechanic found that the gaskets were missing from the plug and filter, likely from a botched job done here. I reported this incident to jiffy lube but never received any communication back. 0/5 would never go here again. Service: Oil change

My oil change light remained on after my service. They also tightened my oil drain plug too tight so that I would HAVE to come back to them. I thought it was weird that I had heard a drill while there for my previous oil change and now I know it was most likely a pneumatic drill. Update, went to a dealership after another oil change place could get it loosened and was informed they tightened it so tight that it cause a leak and I need a $1100 repair. Service: Oil change
