Can something be done about the inconsistent price for breakfast on the deli items, I never pay the same for an “ez split biscuit” today was $4 dollars! I can get two sandwiches at Burger King at that price! My breakfast prices range from $2.50 when the younger females serve, and pay $5-8 dollars when the older ladies serve. At that price might as well go to a restaurant, please fix this!!

They need to take down that big billboard on the interstate… I jumped off of the highway and drove all the way over here to find out that the “smokehouse” they advertise on the billboard is just a little section of a cooler in the meat department. Pretty aggravating!

Very slow. Never enough check outs open. And the service desk is a joke it’s never open. The woman there counts money does other stuff while you need something done. It’s worth a drive to Sulphur just to not go here!

My first time in this store since it re-opened. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the updated architecture of the store. Not to mention, the management was very friendly and professional. Oh yea, the MUSIC selection that’s playing throughout the store is outstanding! Don’t change it! I’m originally from Vinton but have been in Houston since 1994. So I’m used to going to upscale and updated food markets. The people in the Vinton community should be proud of their new hometown Market Basket.

If I could give no stars I would. We purchased food from the deli. We originally went to purchase boudain....rang the bell and waited at the meat counter. No help. As we looked at the Bourdain you could tell it had been sitting for awhile. It had a darker color than fresh meat products. So it was a blessing no one came to help. I don't want to get sick. So we went to the deli...first the clerk barely talked and it was so low I could barely hear her. Second...she didn't want to be there at all you could tell. Be thankful you have a job. We ordered 2 entrees....um yeah pork chops so dry our dog had a hard time chewing. Rice wasn't fully cooked. Black eyes peas barely had flavor and green beans were cold. Nope DO NOT BOTHER.

Butcher- man (not his real name) was very impolite shoving the links of smoked boudin at me without greeting or word of thanks. Everyone else was friendly. Nice presentation but the store has an odor. DEER SAUSAGE...idk how good it is yet but it is located in the back.

Sometimes, I visit the area and wanted to check out Market Basket, a supermarket chain, because I keep seeing them along the interstate when I travel. The staff I encountered were friendly and greeted me. The store was clean and well-stocked. Honestly, I was pleased that I found Diet RC Cola, because it isn't always available at stores where I live (Houston). My first experience with Market Basket was great: I'd definitely return on my next visit.

I like this store okay. Usually has everything I want so no complaints there. But sometimes the cashiers ask me why I bought certain groceries...critiqueing me on what I buy...its weird! I wouldn't have posted anything but it happens almost every time I go there. Besides that, it's a great place.

Well i have to give them 5 stars, Came out of the store to heavy rain and I think it was one of the Managers, but he actually went and got my vehicle and loaded my groceries too. Something he really didn't have to do. But he's very much appreciated for it. Big Thanks to you.
