Large KFC but even at this late date they still have lobby closed for online orders Only. At 3:45pm only have dark meat in crispy. It's almost as if restaurants no longer want to serve Anyone not in a vehicle at there window. Just sad Corona Hysteria has brought so Many Sheep spirited citizens out.

The worst ever!!! Never, ever have Chicken wings and seems like they don’t care either. How you not have any wings during the afternoon. Are they saving them for themselves? Plus you can’t call in and complain because no one dare to answer the phone. Unbelievable!!! Need to fire and hire new Manager!!!

Customer service is terrible. Bad attitudes and rude. I understand customers can be difficult but they chose the job and should do better. The place should be shut down.

9/1/21. We ordered a family bucket with potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, Mac and cheese, and biscuits. They said they were out of Original Chicken and only had grilled or crispy. How are you out of Chicken at 5:30pm? They said, “if we wanted original it would be 20-25 minutes.” We agreed and paid and pulled to the door to wait. 45 minutes later- our order was brought to us. We drive 20 minutes to our house and NO Biscuits!! We tried calling, but no answer. Manager or Franchisee feel free to reach out. Unacceptable and disgraceful to the Franchise.

It's pretty much like any KFC there is out there. Smells of chicken grease. Floors sometimes need a good wipe down as its slippy. Sometimes the order is missing something but it's pretty good food on the go.

I don't know if they had just had the busiest lunch ever or what, but we got there at 2pm and the place was a wreck. Every table was dirty, trash was spilling out of the cans, every tea urn was empty, the buffet table was covered in food scraps and not stocked, the floor was covered in food and trash, the tables all had trash on them, and the wait time to recieve our order was long. Eating there gave was the heebie jeebies. Hopefully they had just had a busy lunch and this isn't the norm.

We came in at 1:30 and there was nothing on the buffet, or was old, and workers were not hospitable at all. There was no one behind the register, most workers were in the dining room. Over 30 dollars for 3 lunch buffets wasted. Sarcastic and rude employees
