Just moved to the area, so glad to have a Shaw's in the area. They have such a big selection of everything! The store is huge with anything you can think of.

I feel so bad for the Pharmacists at CVS , and it just makes the aura of place very negative definitely over worked and unappreciated, so I will take this opportunity to say THANK YOU

We have chosen to do our regular grocery shopping here. We drive past another Shaw's location to shop! The produce department is well stocked and the produce lasts longer. The meat department has more choices in stock. Most notably the employees at the Merrymaking Plaza store are great.

I went here to get my nails done and to get a pedicure I also went and picked up a few things for the kids at the hobby shop next door very reasonable price

It's a chain supermarket. Nothing flashy so that's a huge plus when you just want to get your groceries and go home. They do seem to be adopting the Walmart model of customer service by only having the bare minimum (maybe 3) registers open at a time regardless of the customer traffic.

I wasn't happy. We showed up to get ice and drinks, we got the drinks but also got to have a cashier and a manager look over our IDs because they are out of state and looked "suspect" after finally oking our sale (10 minuets of review later) they then refused to sell us ice because "the powers out" . We knew that it's also a reason your coustomers may want ice... The management here chooses to prioritize their own inventory over customer service.

I went to the grocery store - SHAWS. Plenty of good meat and produce. Clean bathrooms. They don't EVER seem to have enough cashiers working. I have seen employees arguing with customers b/c the customer kindly asked that their groceries not be shoved in the bag but placed there with some awareness for what should be on the bottom etc. There is plenty of parking. The plaza also has Pet Smart which is fine.
