They never keep up with the stock of items. Flavored waters run out in a day then you have to wait about 2 weeks until they stock more. You would think since they remodaled the place they would keep track of in stock items a little bit better ~keith

I went into my car buying endeavor with some specifics in mind which left my choices pretty slim. This was my first stop before heading out of state for a wider selection, and I was happy to have it be my last. I test drove two cars, and one was a clear winner. One of the first things they did when I expressed interest was to hand me the CarFax. I didn’t even have to ask (that hasn’t always been the case in my experience!) Nick was easy to get along with and offered a laid back yet informative experience that felt genuine. They gave me a heads up that I might have to swing back through to sign some additional papers because the office guru was on vacation, but they did what was needed to assure I drove home that day. When I finally got to meet Mandy who does the paperwork side of things, she really pulled the whole experience together. She was so sweet and I felt like she left no stone unturned when walking me through the final paperwork. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a car buying experience you can feel confident in. ~M.

This bank will not stop sending the previous owner of my home offers. They were sending what looked like statements for years and I had to literally bring the statement down to the bank and tell them to stop, & it still took another year. Clearly now they’re just credit card offers, we all get them. The Bank of America sends them to me as well at this address, but still sends stuff to the former owner here. It just makes them the most unintelligent bank I’ve ever heard of. Nobody else is sending stuff like that here. Just Bank of America. The response is just as unintelligent. My name is clearly Justin. They sent me information to stop emails. This review is clearly about them sending paper mail including somebody else is bank statements. This person hasn’t lived at this address for nearly 10 years. Less than one star actually. I have had the HARDEST time dealing with Bangor Savings from the state of Virginia as I've worked to put my sister's estate in order. They have made me jump through numerous hoops (which of course some of which are justified, I'm an attorney so get that) but in general the customer service has been not only abysmal but also completely unsympathetic. I would never in a million years set up an account with Bangor Savings. As a matter of fact, as soon as I can, I will be closing this one. I have dealt with many banks and financial institutions over the course of my life, but this one has been the absolute worst. ~Amelia

Just wanted to say how wonderful Nina is at Pauline’s bloomers. I asked for a special bouquet for a dear friend who is going through a difficult time. She suggested yellow roses, and she outdid herself. Not only did she make them look spectacular, but she also went out of her way and delivered them to Freeport when they are short handed! Absolutely cannot say enough good things about this business. ~Carrie

Deliveries went smooth, unlike Issues we’ve had at other large chains, a truck with building supplies showed up as promised. Friendly employees, everyone I have ever talked to here over the years, was friendly, and professional. 3 out of 5 is appropriate considering we Ordered Brown vinyl siding and got Red delivered, was told there would be a two month delay if we wanted the color we ordered. Our decking color example doesn’t match the decking. We thought it would be all one color. The color we actually wanted is more like stains on the color we got. After having so many issues, and so many delays. I only mentioned the deck color to the contractor, and figured whatever get it done, you’re finally out of here in a couple of days. Also the decking order was misplaced and believed to be already delivered at one point. It was found without any actual deck delays. Again, No discounts given. We were happy just to be getting it done, and now that we’ve spent over $50,000 on decking and siding, it’s all done, it would’ve been better to get what we actually wanted. Construction projects are really too expensive, for anything else. All I know, we spent $70,000 on a roof, siding, decking, gutters and trim. Who and where the errors are, I don’t know. My Wife met with Patrick in person to pick the decking. I was told everything went well. The house isn’t the color we chose, and the deck color isn’t exactly what we expected either, there was No discounts applied. It’s done, we’re not completely dissatisfied, everything is better than it was. The entire exterior of our house is new, we can’t say it doesn’t look good. We can say it cost too much. ~Justin
