I went into my car buying endeavor with some specifics in mind which left my choices pretty slim. This was my first stop before heading out of state for a wider selection, and I was happy to have it be my last. I test drove two cars, and one was a clear winner. One of the first things they did when I expressed interest was to hand me the CarFax. I didn’t even have to ask (that hasn’t always been the case in my experience!) Nick was easy to get along with and offered a laid back yet informative experience that felt genuine. They gave me a heads up that I might have to swing back through to sign some additional papers because the office guru was on vacation, but they did what was needed to assure I drove home that day. When I finally got to meet Mandy who does the paperwork side of things, she really pulled the whole experience together. She was so sweet and I felt like she left no stone unturned when walking me through the final paperwork. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a car buying experience you can feel confident in.

More than a month ago I called this location and explained my issue. (My door handle broke.) They told me to book it on line, so I do and the NEXT appointment was more than a month away...THAT was their closest appointment. This morning, Jon calls and tells me "The online system lets you book the appointments, but then, as the appointment gets closer and we see if it's something we actually can do...so I was reviewing the appointments for the next FOUR DAYS (my appointment is just 4 days away...2 business days) and this is not something we can do." That was it. Full stop. No, "Let me get you set up with a VW dealership that CAN help." No, "This is totally irregular and this never happens." No. It was simply the line from Seinfeld, "Yes, we can TAKE the reservation...but no, that appointment does not mean that we will fix your car...however, we are super happy to run the clock on your life and make sure that making ANOTHER appointment, with anyone else but us, will put you in the back of the line for another 6 weeks +." NOT TO MENTION...the VW company policy to have low level hourly employees make these calls to angry customers. Typical! Management sets up a terrible TERRIBLE system (allow the website to make appointments we can't keep and then "review the appointments" weeks later and make Jon, who was not a supervisor, Jessi is, call and tell the angry customers. Terrible corporate culture. I would feel bad for Jon, except he's the wing nut who told me they were kicking me off the schedule...so I don't. I will defiantly be back to use the website to set up my appointments, since that was the only piece of this experience that worked correctly, however, I will not be returning to deal with the corporation or it's people who were flummoxed by the appointment their website made. Gotta go, Subaru is winking at me...

Sun-visor holder clip on the driver's side was broken. It looks like the oil was changed but the service interval timer was not reset. The car looked great and everyone was very polite.

I just recently purchased a car here, they made the whole experience very pleasant, no sales pressure which is very common when going to a dealership..They even went out of their way to pick me up even I live an hour and a half away. I was happier when I found out in the end that my car came with a remote start.. Thank you Nicolas, Rich, and Mandy for all your help…I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody who wants to get a great deal on cars without all the sales pressure.They were able to answer all my questions and from there was able to make a decision… Two thumbs up to you guys!!!

Was not very happy with the experience here. The staff are nice enough but do not seem to be that knowledgeable. I came to have my car’s window function fixed and I mentioned right off the bat that the window switch had already been repaired, so I told them it must be the window regulator. They ended up taking the door apart and confirming that a regulator was needed, but they didn’t fix the problem and also charged me 1/2 hr $65 charge for telling me what I already knew. Needless to say I was disappointed with the service here. I took the car here so that they would fix it but they didn’t have the part in stock so they did not fix it right away. Even if they did it would have been almost $400 just to fix a window function. Their labor is $135 an hour. Wayy too expensive for the quality of work they offer. Don’t think I would go back here again.

July23, 2021 - I love my EOS convertible and one day my top would not go back up. Windows would not work and trunk would not open. The service guys worked on figuring out the problem for 3 days but they finally did and only charged me for 3 hours! Thanks to John & Desiree for their extra special effort. If I ever replace my EOS I will buy a car here!
