Folks sure like to complain when things aren’t perfect but won’t ever compliment. I know what I’m talking about here. I have had a private mailbox here for nearly three years. They see me twice a week. I have never seen anything but professionalism from these guys. Zero issues ever. I have mailed every manner of package from here and I can report 100% success. Stop complaining that you had to wait 30 minutes the week before Christmas and they didn’t give you a bright cheery smile. These guys work hard and always deliver (so to speak). A+ Keep doing what you’re doing.

I go to this store because I value my time (the post office sucks and is slow) and I always feel welcomed and appreciated. I've never had a bad experience with any employee and the owner, Cliff, is super friendly and always says hi. I will continue going to this store for all my shipping needs.

Usually decent service. But my wife had an Amazon return that after 3 days still didn't show up in the UPS system as her having dropped it off. When she called the UPS store to ask if there was an issue since they hadn't updated the sysytem as having received it a man named Cliff(?) just kept talking over her saying it's Amazon's problem. She tried to explain that she usually gets an email or text right away showing UPS has the item, but he just said, "I have a customer in the store. It's Amazon's problem." Most of their employees are helpful, but this man was rude and dismissive. Well, if that's all the responsibility they'll assume I won't be shipping with this UPS store again. And our Amazon returns will just be done at Whole Foods. Edit in response to owner: wife here. You never tried to explain anything. You only said it was Amazon's problem - over & over while I tried to explain that I've been able to track every other Amazon return I've ever done. Amazon hadn't received the return yet and told me to call UPS, which I tried to tell you. They finally did receive it, and I received my refund.

The store owner will let you know he is in charge and will quickly refuse service if your brown well that has been the last 3 encounters with him . He will get very smart with me and I would try to play the game because I needed my package delivered but at this point it's just sad. I feel DISCRIMINATION every time I go to this ups the white older man is stuck in the Confederate past. Never again will I go to this ups and encounter racism just to deliver a package.

This is the best place in town for UPS service. I am 83 years old. When I went into the store for the first time I was a little confused on what I needed as far as packaging. The owner came to my rescue and patiently explained the best AND most economical way to go. I have used that service a few more times and that man with the patience of a saint and a warm smile has worked with me. My husband and I give him an A plus recommendation.

Save yourself some frustration and time by going to a different UPS store. The staff her is incredibly rude. I've come here several times and usually always let it slide. I understand sometimes people have a bad day and take it out on others. But at this point it is consistently horrible service every time I've come here. The UPS off 75 and Meadow has amazing customer service and I never have any issues there.

For printing needs, I would recommend finding another UPS or FedEx store — just better customer service and probably better prices as well. I was charged 2$ for printing out a single page black and white.

I bet I want do service here again been coming to ups store since I move to Dallas. Usually be older white man there every day I done had plenty conversation with him but that new crew need to be fire he I don’t know whom he think he is but he needs to get realistic when people make comments I all told wasn’t going BUY A BOX HE TOOK ME THERE AND BLACK GIRL NEEDS A REALITY CHECK TO going back and forth with me not wassup especially to somebody that all doing service with this business personally he needs get them customer service class because the way he was being argumentative towards me. I have video of it as well and post it as well he probably did not even take care of the packages

RACIST. RUDE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. the manager was rude since the beginning. It makes you feel like "I don't want you in my business" speaking like "get the hell out of here". I was polite as usual but this guy gets anyone off balance right away! Rude, rude! A true a&+%@ hole!
