Yesterday I went Baltimore Restaurant Depot . (Jetro Restaraunt Depot) 3405 Annapolis road, Baltimore MD. Want to buy crab delights (super shreads). I did not see at freezer and I asked employee from frozen department. He told me "They have storage freezer on the top shelf and they can't put it down because they are very busy. And then I asked him ,"Can I wait?" He said "Do you wait whole day?" And then I asked another guy. He also said,they can't put it down now. "How long should I wait?" I asked him. He said "about 3 hours." I told them "Ok I will be back tomorrow ". Next day I went there again. I asked them again. They said they don't have it. I told him, I came yesterday and you can't help me you said. He told me ,he did not work yesterday. I asked another employee also. She said , i can't do anything. I looked at stroage freezer, I saw it on the top shelf. Another one young man came and I show him. And then they put it down for me . Frozen department employees are very rude. He looked like want to fight with me. Very horrible. They took care of customer was very rude.. They don't care customer and no respect for customer.

Horrible customer service! Went it for a day pass, the woman at reception was very rude. Other customers kept rushing me from every direction to get in, like it's not a race?!?! I wanted French fries, but apparently the store was completely out of them, one employee said. Went to check out and my God, it was like a 50 car pile up. Seriously, I've never customers so slow and inconsiderate before. Was in line for like 40 minutes till I decided to just leave. Won't be back!!!!

The worst possible place you will ever see in your life. Very mean employees, they treat customers like we are animals, I will never go to this place again. Every time I go I spend over $5000 but this is the last time to this store. no longer accept to be treated like trash by employees!!👎👎👎

Let's open a little earlier, even for the people who do business. Always rush to shop. We need a lot of competitors. This place business of guts, and the sales service is also messed up. The price is really outrageous compared to where Costco and Sam's . Is it the right place for the people who run the restaurant to use it? Is the price the same as buying at a regular market? Competitors really need it.

40 minutes in line waiting for the cashier! The manager and district manager need to start training their staff on customer service and processing orders and transactions correctly. Waiting on manager for 40 min to cancel order and restart the process!

Don’t come here, my mothers car got broken into around 4-5pm just to see a broken window and all of her belongings stolen. Who would do that, especially with people trying to make an honest living. It’s crazy how nothing is done about this, and the signs talk about how they’re not responsible for the damages, but that would mean that car theft happens so often here not even the police do anything about it. Insane.
