Mercedes Benz of Catonsville is a breath of fresh air in the world of car dealerships. I bought my CPO C Class from them a few years ago after shopping around at other certified Mercedes dealerships, and their prices are the most fair I found anywhere, as well as the widest selection of inventory. I also returned for service on a few occasions and the customer service there is unparalleled. I was having a new tire put on (that was covered under my warranty) and waiting for a bit, as they were very busy that day. The owner noticed me waiting awhile and came out and introduced himself and got my vehicle for me and had it washed. They are just extremely respectful and helpful. I have never found any car dealerships trustworthy and this place is. It is a breath of fresh air. Mercedes is the only car I drive, and I will continue to purchase my vehicles from them; there are 4 Mercedes dealerships closer to where I live, but the hour drive to Mercedes Benz of Catonsville is worth it for the piece of mind they provide.

If you have Mercedes Benz, the Service center of Catonsville is the best place to get your car serviced. All staff were very friendly, helpful, genuine and lots of fun! Alphonse was my Service Advisor who’s knowledgeable, nice and helpful gentleman. Marianne Queen, the customer service manager, she’s always amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. I am definitely a customer here as long as she’s the customer service manager in there. I’d prefer to go there from Huntvalley whenever my car needs service because my experience here was amazing!

I bought my new GLE 350 from here and the entire experience was exceptional. Not only did they give me the five star VIP treatment but they made buying so easy. The GM SAM and the service manager ROBERT are the best. When I bought my car they delivered the car to my house and when I blew a tire on the way to the airport they picked my car up and had it fixed and delivered before I returned home from my trip. Truly a wonderful place with a wonderful team! 10/10 would recommend.

I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of catonsville service center. Marianne Queen, the customer service manager is simply amazing. She really knows the right meaning of customer service and tries her best to make your service appointment pleasurable and feel intimate like family! All staff are very informative on services being rendered, communication throughout the appointment is always a plus! I was very pleased with Erik and his team at Mercedes-Benz of Catonsville. They are located about 130 miles from where I live. However, their customer service made it well worth the effort to deal with them instead of my local dealer. To make it convenient, they had a product specialist deliver the car to my home and take the time to review all of the features of the car. I would highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a new car!

The car I wanted was not possible to get in this crazy market but he got one very close with all the features I wanted. This was the first Mercedes Benz Dealer I ever have gone to have work done on my vehicle, I was in a minor fender bender back in late November, my old experience with dealerships is never hearing from them, never explained the charges, etc.But, I was extremely pleased with not only how fast the parts came in, but how hard working and focused the staff is here! My specialist was Jackie P. She was absolutely amazing!!! She always kept me up to date with the smallest detail going on, she answered all my questions and helped me through the payment process with ease! I understand staff shortages but this location is rocking it even with less staff! I am very impressed and will 1000% be returning for more excellent service !
