There's an odor coming in and sometimes the seafood department. The hot bar is tacky with aluminum foil, etc. It's not as inviting as it once was. The Olney store has it right (especially their hot and cold food). Can we look at what they are doing and mirror that? It's understood that it's a larger store...it's the quality that I'm interested in. Would much rather rely upon my local Giant vs having to find it elsewhere. Btw, please put locks on your carts - they're all over, especially on Cradlerock and it's side streets.

Had an appointment for a pediatric vaccine at 6pm and arrived at 5:45pm based on calling to confirm. There was 1 person waiting ahead of me. No one picking up prescriptions. I waited 45 minutes without explanation. This is the slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced with no patrons. They lack regard for their customers time. Avoid!!!!

Theres usually a line .. but there is usually an older person or 3 asking a zillion nuanced health insurance questions. Im in and out once I get up to the counter.

Avoid at all costs, the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They told me my medication would be ready Friday, when I get there they say they don't have it and I have to wait until Monday. Monday morning they say it'll be ready in the afternoon. In the afternoon they say they don't have it and to come back Tuesday. Tuesday I call and check, still not ready but they say they'll have it in an hour. I come in 3 hours later, and they say can I wait 45 mins? Completely absurd and I will never be going here again.

I went there to collect prescription sent well in advance a day ahead. And this complaint relate specifically to the the Man (pharmacist). I barely could talk which I told him clearly due to oral surgery just an hour ago. Inspire of this he delayed it, and when I came back made me speak multiple times even though I told him I had oral surgery. I had multiple medications and on asking for direction on dosage, he asked which one and Mae eke speak again. I guess if I am taking multiple medications, it is for al of them! Absolutely shoddy guy. And in my observation he also delayed the medication for an old woman just before me in the queue. She mentioned she was told it was ready but he made her wait for at least 15-20 minutes. This pharmacist guy was on duty 12/14/2020 at around 8:30 PM EST. Absolutely rubbish!

Pharmacy was unfortunately out of my medication and had already ordered another round. The pharmacist overheard and got me an equivalent dose to carry me over to tomorrow. Very professional and excellent service.

My doctor called in a prescription last week. in the morning. I went to pick it up that afternoon and was told they do not have the drug in and it was expected the next day. It was not there the next day either. Tonight, I went in to pick up my prescription for blood pressure meds and was told the drug was in but had not been filled yet. I don't know what has happened to this pharmacy. It used to be a very good pharmacy.

Absolutely rude staff. I called before I left home and I was told that medicine is ready for pick up. When I reach there to pick up they told me I have to wsit 45 mins and after an hour they told me that they need to see my insurance card which was already in there system. I am changing my pharmacy they not worth anything.

The last thing these people wanna do is give you your medicine. They make you jump thru every hoop they can think of. It's always a long wait and they are the rudest people on earth. Just changed pharmacys and i will never come back here again. And a word of advice....try hiring people from the area and hire people who like doing the job. If your looking for a pharmacy DONT COME HERE!!
