Mudgett's Auto Body is the best there is. Today I took my car in for an estimate to repair a non-working rear hatch door on a Rav 4. In 5 minutes, Mudgett's people found a way to fix the problem without any repairs and they charged me nothing. I had to insist twice before they even accepted a few dollars from me. What I got was the benefit of their years of experience, for free. Another shop would have charged me at least for extensive testing and maybe even a repair that was not needed. I recommend them highly. I drove there in the first place from my home in Owings Mills (to Finksburg) because I can always trust them. Service: Body & Trim

I couldn't be happier with how my car turned out. It looks brand new! The team at Mudgett's did such an amazing job! Staff were friendly and helpful, they made the entire process very easy for me... A landscaper hit my car w/ his mower as well as shot rocks all over the front of the car, damaging the front bumper, hood, headlights and windshield... Mudgett's went above and beyond to get more money from my insurance company to do the job right and the end result is perfect! The paint matches perfectly and the car looks brand new! Thanks again! Very easy to work with. They keep you informed of any delays. Did an absolutely beautiful job repairing damage to my car and matched the paint perfectly. They worked directly with the Toyota dealer to align the blind spot monitors.

I originally went to Mudget's to get a quote for paint on my replacement hood. When I arrived the desk staffer built my quote, took me into the back of the shop and showed me the paint mixing room, introduced me to the painter and answered every question I had. I liked the experience so much, that I returned to add to my existing quote to get my entire car less 2 panels painted. After stating that my uncle works in auto body, the staffer the second time around stopped me in the middle of explaining what I wanted done to the car to tell me he wouldn't be able to match or beat my uncles price. Price was not a concern of mine. Attention to detail, and timeline were my only concerns. It is not my job to sell your work to myself, it is your job to give me the time of day to listen to what I want and let me decide if I'd like to give you the business. The second staffer, without listening to what I was looking for, immediately stopped me and said he would build me a quote. I'm not sure how you plan to build a quote without knowing what work needs to be done. I've worked in project management. I know what it means to overbid and purposefully reject a job. So unprofessional. So disrespectful. I will never consider this place for future body work, and I will no longer be recommending you to customers that come through my business. You've earned 2 stars for the first staffers incredible job at painting your business in a good light.

Mudgett's is absolutely fabulous. My car needed a new paint job due to oxidation of the paint. From the first call throughout the entire process Mudgett's took good care of me (and my car). They assisted with the insurance company and did extra work on the car without getting paid in advanced. They took car of the rental car when I returned it to the shop. Let's talk about there work absolutely fabulous: the car looks brand new: the paint matched great, the car was cleaned inside and outside and waxed and Mudgett's is just a wonderful friendly competent company that is above excellent.
