I would like to say DO NOT GO HERE FOR FOOD. The service here is ABSOLUTELY unbearable . From the register worker having to re count my change 5 TIMES. To the rude multi colored haired young man who CURSED AT ME. To the youngman who would stop smiling? This place is absolutely terrible. Kid-friendliness: ABSOLUTELY NOT

This is one of the slowest restaurant ,they takes their time I was in the only one in the drive thru and was told to hold on and it was 10 minutes before the guy came back to take my order

This has to be the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. I only wanted a Frosty and noticed the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building and not moving, so I went inside. I had previously heard not to use any debit cards here, as there have been issues with the employees copying and using the cards later, some kind of banking scam. Crazy. So of course I had cash. There were three other customers inside and lets just say the employee at the register wasn't the brightest crayon in the box. He took FOREVER with everyone's order and kept turning in circles and scratching his head in confusion. I also think he has trouble counting back change as well. I also overhead the manager in the back say, "I don't care about that drive-thru line." Her store is in complete chaos, with limited trained employees and mass confusion. There is not any flow or order. Whomever the General Manager is for this area needs to conduct a complete overhaul. It really is that terrible. As I was leaving, I told the other customers," Good luck." I won't be back to this locale.

Fort Washington is such a nice community. Why did this Wendy’s hire the only riffraff in the area. Hire an Asian lady, they run a tight ship. Linked the McDonald’s next to you! Extremely slow drive thru. Extremely slow done in. Doordash dasher nightmare. 45 to 1 hour drive thru wait even if there’s only 3 cars in line.

Closes early every night with no notice to customers. They don't even have the courtesy to let the people in the driveway thru know anything.

I waited patiently while shift changed and when I finally put my order in a pulled to the window. I received COLD FRIES and a SEMI warm sandwich. I reheated both when I got home.

I ordered a double baconator in which they messed up and gave me only one patty. Instead of giving me a new burger, they added a patty from a burger that has already been made in which I can see the bread from the other burger in the middle of my burger.

I think this is the only Wendy’s in the DMV area, still taking orders at the drive-thru only…! Thanks to a McDonald’s at the same location. I was able to complete my order with McDonald’s.
