My experience with Frankfort victra was incredible! The manager was super helpful and was so attentive to his employees and the customers. They helped me with my business account and also got me set up with some new accessories to help grow my business. I’m so thankful for them today. Hands down, the BEST Verizon I’ve ever been to. I will be back and will bring my friends.

Everyone was nice and courteous just the plan and start up was not explained to me very well. When it was time to pay I was blindsided because the numbers weren't the same as I was originally told

I have been with Verizon for years! Steve is always great with helping out with any questions. Steve, Chris and Tim were in the store today and they were a friendly team! I can not thank Steve enough for taking the time to sitdown with me and show me the ins and out of my new phone. His patience with my questions and his customer service was exceptional. Thanks y'all!!!!

No customer service skills!!! I walked in and was not greeted. I stood waiting and after a few minutes the worker said “have a seat, I’m going to be a whole”. After waiting g 15 minutes, I asked if he was the only one working. He said yes. I told him I would run errands and return. When I returned an hour later, he was still helping the same couple. 2 other people were waiting. Again no one greeted when I entered. He did ask the others what they needed after a few minutes (still hasn’t acknowledged that I’m sitting and waiting). He was not able to help the family that wanted to switch to Verizon - he couldn’t answer their questions about discount service for police officer or discount on phones when switching! When he got to me, he was not able to complete my return and I was told to come back the next day. Very frustrating!

This place is understaffed and less than helpful. Don’t seem very excited to be there. I waited 30 minutes and asked how much longer and was told it could be 5-10-15 or 15-20 don’t waist your time. Drive to Lexington.

Walked in and worker was helping a customer with and issue. While customer he was helping was on the phone I asked if the had a certain phone I wanted to look at. He said he'd have to check. He continued to sit down and wait while the customer was on the phone. He could have run to the back and grabbed the phone I wanted to look at but instead just sat there. After he finally finished with the other customer two other people had walked in. He started to help them instead of me who had been waiting. He didn't seem very helpful or like he wanted to help. I wasn't happy with the customer service so I just walked out. Wasn't gonna waste any more of my time not getting help.

Randy was awesome. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Made sure to acknowledge customers waiting in line behind me, and managed his time very well. Randy also got me a great deal on a great phone and was able to answer all the questions I had. 10/10 would recommend going to see Randy.
