I made an appointment for a fill on 8/13 with a senior tech. I was rescheduled with a different tech who was supposed to also be a senior tech.The new tech was apparently a trainee and my lashes are falling out! I'm going out of town tomorrow and will probably have 2 lashes when I get there. This is so unacceptable! I should have been informed that it was a trainee. A complete waste of my time (1.5 hours for a fill) and money. Service: Eyelash extensions

Just received a call from my scheduled technician one hour before my appointment. She inquired about the acne on my shoulders she had seen during my last visit and implied I might have **monkey pox**, obviously concerned about "catching something” from me. Thought I should try reach the manager/owner to determine whether their policy is to refuse clients suffering from acne, but I found out later that it was Julie (the owner/master technician) who had called me!! Horrible!!! I had micro blading done by the owner who made one eyebrow thicker than the other completely uneven. Changed my appearance! She told me after they heal they will look more natural. Year later, I wouldn’t call uneven reddish pink eyebrows natural. One of the worst decisions I made. The point of micro blading is so you do not have to fill in your eyebrows but I have to to cover up the pink everyday. I don’t ever want to get micro blading done after this bad experience. The owner has the nerve to charge $800 for micro blading. Complete rip off! I have to search for removal now. STAY AWAY!!!!! Money hungry owner Service: Makeup services

Lash Moi is officially my go to salon for all of my lash needs. They are experts in the field. For the first time I have beautiful lashes that look AMAZING and last a long time. Not to mention the owner went above and beyond the call of duty to help me when my GPS stopped working. I highly recommend you stop in and get your lashes done while appointments are still available.
