Terrible service from female shift manager. She refused to manually take our order. Had us sit down with number on table then didn't even serve us. She just called our order out. Pretty sad. Also the play place is still closed, let the kids play at their own risk.

While it does indeed have two lanes for the drive thru, I still waited close to 15 minutes before I even placed my order. Since the dining room wasn't open after 10 I knew only the drivers in the lanes were doing orders. Or not making orders in this case. I am hoping it was because of the lack of staff at that moment or something and will update at a future experience date. Parking: Plenty of parking, all around and especially in the back behind the drive thru speakers area.

Dinner was delish. The size of the chunks of crabmeat in the Crab Imperial was amazing. The place was packed - on a Tuesday evening - but service did not suffer. Love it!

But absolutely worst WORST of all is they allow a homeless man to beg for money from all the patrons at the drive threw window. Very unprofessional!!!!

Management and anyone involved in that decision at this location needs to be held accountable. Until that happens I do not recommend anyone supporting this location. There’s another one close by, go there instead.

Perhaps they were short staffed and angry about it but with the exception of one, the workers were rude. One young lady refused to acknowledge that I was at the window after I asked what was going on in an attempt to ascertain whether it was a single location or if all of the restaurants were experience a possible technical difficulty. Overall, I suggest that the manager places an emphasis on customer service training; especially the night crew.

They had already took my money out of my acc when I placed the order. Turns out there was only one person working, who was doing an awful job at maintaining the line. I waited in line for an hour; we did not move at all. Decided I’d rather not wait there any longer so I went home. Still can’t figure out how to get my money back.

TL;DR: an employee stole my debit card info. i drove through here after a concert so it was late at night. i’m not from this area. i hadn’t taken out or used my debit card all day until i stopped here. the employee took my card, went to another room, and brought my card back. 2 days later my card had fraudulent charges worth $300. had to go through the mess of disputing the charges and closing the card with the bank. the ONLY time i had my card out was at this place. there’s no chance it didn’t happen here. so to the employee who did it: karma is a b***h.
