They changed my address without my permission. I’m absolutely shocked that when I called to report it, that they asked me for my drivers license number. Why were they not asking for my drivers license number before they changed it with someone else. I thought I could trust Apple FCU but now I’m not so sure.

Apple has great rates on loans and savings. I love this location bc they don’t force you to go online for services, they take the time to help you. They clearly pride themselves on great service. The Credit Builder Credit Card is an amazing asset that helped me repair my credit and get into a position to get an apartment, buy a car, and eventually buy a home.

If you are choosing drive thru.... you are brave! Make sure you have a full tank of gas, you might be there a while. You don’t get greeted or asked if it’s a deposit or ANYTHING it was by far the most silent bank transaction IN MY LIFE. Not impressed with the customer service given I am now in search of another bank!

Honestly horrible experience, I've been through three cards now, soon four, (in the span of a year and a half) because they deactivate your card for literally no reasons and even admit to this. "It just happens sometimes" well this "sometime" I happen to be shopping and had $100 worth of food and groceries. Couldn't pay. Pin wouldn't work, couldn't go through credit. I checked, card Deactivated I had to call my husband to drive and come pay for me, you know how embarrassing that is? Also no one ever answers the phone I've sat 3 hours with no answer even with prioritized calling. Save your time and go to a different bank.

I always give the benefit of the doubt before giving anything lower than a 5 but, this has happened numerous times. The drive through is super slow. Going inside isn’t much faster if at all. Lines are a problem. This time there wasn’t even a hello or sorry for the wait, and you would think at least a thank you but no none of that. You will spend either half or your entire lunch break waiting to pay your bill. Also, the online registration process is a nightmare. It doesn’t matter what password you choose it’s not good enough. Oh, and there’s a fee to pay over the phone. Maybe the drive through should open at 8am instead of 9am. Covid hours should be over. Please bring back earlier hours so the people that have to work early can get to the bank beforehand.

I had to change my review because of no more old staff left at this branch.they were energetic and whatever emage theyve made for this branch these people will mess up absolutely. I've had my 1st car loan in 2013 which was 25k.i paid off without any missing payment. No clue having 730 credit scores with almost 12k monthly income still waiting for approval for 2nd car loan for 3 days. Lady in branch even seems like not interested for work .I meant say either no or yes.wasted my valuable time .I would have been apply at my bank earlier...this is ridiculous..and I got my new F150 .loan from Wells Fargo in a 10 minutes..so big bye bye AFCU for forever.

Poor customer service when dealing with anything on the app or reward services. No real humans to speak to and if there is there is nothing they know how to do. I recommend any bank besides this one and i am a current customer of cap one and wells and even though fees are slightly higher it outbalances the time and money ive spent trying to use app and collect rewards. After trying to call the number you gave to make up for poor service and i couldnt get in touch with anyone to help with problem. I will say this is the worst bank ever.
