They changed my address without my permission. I’m absolutely shocked that when I called to report it, that they asked me for my drivers license number. Why were they not asking for my drivers license number before they changed it with someone else. I thought I could trust Apple FCU but now I’m not so sure. ~Andrea

The inside was closed to customers but the drive through was open. The nice lady working in the Dunkin’ allowed me to mobile order and grab my drink from inside. My iced latte was perfect! You never know how your coffee will turn out but I was highly satisfied! ~amber

This bank markets itself as your down home community bank, but that's only skin deep. Inside it works just like the big banks, mostly because it must adhere to banking regulations. The marketing plan works well for them. ~Bob

I went there with my coins and she said I had to roll them up ? Or they will do it form me and it will take a week to do and they were not busy and my coins were like 250 dollar coins. She could of also just counted the money with me there and give me the money and she could of rolled it up later ? But no Just cause she didn’t want to do , so she made an excuse. Really disappointed I really liked them. ~boss

Horrible customer service. They don’t answer the phones when you do finally get someone to pick up an hour later they are extremely rude. I asked if I had left my debit card there and instead of going to look to see if it was turned in it was an automatic nope. Very rude since the new management took over when Melissa was there the customer service was amazing, she treated her employees great. I am ashamed to say I am a former employee left due to relocating to NC. Also your loss prevention stalks and harrasses customers that are doing no wrong in your store. ~Nikki

My sister and I were happily lost in this store for a long, long while. It was quite a treat! This was a nice location and we found a ton of goodies for ourselves and our loved ones! My sister was equally excited that the in-house barista was familiar with her current favorite, London Fog . ~Rachel
