Best fast food restaurant in Winchester, Virginia (VA) 2025

The inside was closed to customers but the drive through was open. The nice lady working in the Dunkin’ allowed me to mobile order and grab my drink from inside. My iced latte was perfect! You never know how your coffee will turn out but I was highly satisfied! ~amber

Used to love this place. But customer service went way of dodo bird. Stood in line for 15 minutes. They were more interested in drive through then people inside. One person left in front of me. The final straw was when a worker walked right passed the counter with No acknowledgment. Nothing, not even sorry for wait, be right with you. Left and went to another place. Need to get act together. ~Deb

15 minutes in line for 3 sandwiches and 1 fry. Two vehicles left while we were waiting the one ahead of us and one behind. We were only second in line to the speaker, so it wasn't crazy busy. Thought I would try the new fish sandwich. No lettuce no tarter just some fishy fish. The fries were piping hot so there's that. The other 2 sandwiches were as they should be but we'll never go back. ~Misty
