This place is ridiculous. Maybe if their employee spent as much time time working the drive thru as they did standing outside on the phone, mag s they could get their 5 min/car average down a little. Meanwhile telling you how short staffed they are and how they don't have time to sell hot food. It's pretty pathetic. I truly wish they would go back to self serve coffee. For context I've typed this entire thing sitting in the drive thru. You guys are the absolute worst. Ever since this place changed management it has progressively gotten worse. Sometimes by the day. I've been getting coffee here for 21 years and I finally have to cut ties with this place. It's kinda disappointing.

Awful Customer Service. Asked for a iced coffee with caramel, sugar and CREAM. was only given it with caramel and sugar. The lady at the window made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking to fix it. The lady grabbed the drink out of my hand that she had already given me and took it back to fix it. Once the drink was given back to me it wasn't mixed together, no new drink was made, and there was cream dripping down all over the sides of the cup. Then it was an even more inconvenience to ask for a straw to be able to drink my iced coffee. My drink just tastes like half of it was dumped out for them to be able to put some cream in it. I pretty much wasted $3.49 because I had to throw it away.

The inside was closed to customers but the drive through was open. The nice lady working in the Dunkin’ allowed me to mobile order and grab my drink from inside. My iced latte was perfect! You never know how your coffee will turn out but I was highly satisfied!

I frequent this D&D alot because its local and the results are hit and miss. Decent service but the products arent always consistant in quality. I always get a large frozen coffee with whip cream. It's supposed to be well blended and mixed but sometimes I get it and its not. This makes the drink borderline undrinkable. Check photo to see how unmixed the drink was when I got it. All the coffee flavoring that was blended in has sank to the bottom. The pics are from 5 minutes apart. I should not look or taste the way I got it. Like I said, it's not all the time but for a drink that 5.50 I'd like to know that I get what I paid for.
