Be very careful and DO NOT TAKE THEM AT FACE VALUE!! When I first got my computer last year, I dealt with Steve. I paid my first payment, 2 weeks later I got my computer. When I picked it up, he said he gave me a free month and that I only had 10 months left . He even showed me the paper. Fast forward to now. I pay April's payment thinking YEAH last one...NOPE. I still have more to go!! So I call. I'm looking at my bank statement and I notice 4 months where they charged me 10 extra dollars I also asked about that. Lady said she didn't see it. I printed it out and off went. I showed them that and asked about my payoff. They did end up taking the 40. Off but said I still owed 74.00 for may. No free month..Steve wasn't the manager anymore. WHAT THE HELL!! I will never go back and my freinds, 10 of them , who I had recommended over the 20 years I been dealing there , won't either. VERY BAD BUSINESS!.

Sales Rep was fine, others were not. Too much hassle to deal with them. Called on day of delivery, said furniture wouldn't fit. They didn't even try! We will not go back! We went somewhere else, bought same size couch, fit easily, much happier!

I went in Aaron's to get a playstation. The associate told me with the warranty and etc my bill would be $711. When and if you go in a store the ps4 is only $299. That was definitely a monthly rent for most. I did not get it. Service was good associate was pleasant and active on the computer researching.

Many had rips or stains but we were told they thoroughly cleaned the pieces. While I understand rentals and how it works, several of the pieces should not have been offered or should have been at a discount. The staff was nice and were doing their job of trying to push old furniture.

Trying to rent a washer and dryer. But keep pushing my delivery back so now i have to wait ANOTHER week. By It will be almost two weeks since I've gone in there. Definitely not a good first impression on a new customer. Edit. 3/06/2018 Renting a couch and loveseat. I just wish Aaron's would call to inform you that furniture that they ordered for you was delivered to their store and is ready for pickup. We gotta keep calling to ask questions about our order because they give us a specific day that we're told we can pick it up but then that day comes (Monday for example) and still no call or anything. As usual we have to call them. Then they tell us their truck will be there the following day. Like why can't you call us and tell us there is a delay or our furniture is ready for pick up.... 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
