Horrible customer service. They don’t answer the phones when you do finally get someone to pick up an hour later they are extremely rude. I asked if I had left my debit card there and instead of going to look to see if it was turned in it was an automatic nope. Very rude since the new management took over when Melissa was there the customer service was amazing, she treated her employees great. I am ashamed to say I am a former employee left due to relocating to NC. Also your loss prevention stalks and harrasses customers that are doing no wrong in your store. ~Nikki

Absolutely love this place. The people are wonderful and super nice and I would definitely recommend anyone to them. The delivery guys are also so nice and do such a great job. ~Emma

Verizon should thank their Team Member, Kyle Case, for obtaining a new customer today! He went far beyond expectations and ended up with a new Verizon Wireless customer whom otherwise would have went to another carrier. Customer Service skills were awesome. ~Kelly
