Victor, Nidia, and Justin and their team are absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. It doesn’t matter how busy they are, they will always have time to come to for you. When you encounter an agent who is highly technical that is awesome. When you happen to get an agent who is technical and excels at customer service -that is first class service. That is what I experienced with Ryan. Not only was he personable, answered all of my questions no matter how trivial they may have been, walked me through everything on my phone and made recommendations on setting up my phone that made it as user friendly as possible, he was just the best at customer service. Sales person completely ignored us when we walked in. Then, finally asked if we needed help. We asked some questions, but couldn't decide which phone we liked. Sales person then got very pushy & asked what we wanted to do, "like, are you gonna take a phone or what?". We left. I'm not being pushed by a rude person! ~Valerie
