The customer service was well beyond satisfactory!!! Every single employee on duty at the time was attentive to our every need even before we walked inside the store! They even stayed past closing to make sure all issues were 100% resolved! Would definitely recommend 10/10!!!!

Extremely disappointed with rude salesperson felt bullied. Anthony VanZandt actually slammed his tablet on the table when we asked a question. Will not deal with the 2 of them ever again. Intend on returning everything when it arrives and going somewhere else!!!

I was billed for more than a month of services that were not provided in accordance with my contract. I tried to terminate my account over the phone, but could not due to a technical issue that I spent hours trying to resolve (they were required to text my att phone, but I don’t have an att phone, only att wireless/ hotspot). I was told my only option was to go into the store. As a new mother, I did not want to go into the store with my baby during a pandemic. After $200+ in charges for service I did not receive, I finally went into the store to terminate my account. I stood and waited while the gentleman behind the counter terminated. I was told I couldn’t have a copy of the termination agreement, but I would see the update to my bill(?) However, it seems the associate did not terminate my account and I continue to be charged. I had to go in again a week later with my baby (both of us very sick at this point). Again, an associate tried to terminate. He was unable to provide me proof of termination and told me I would receive a bill later. I told him I do not want to receive any more bills because I did not receive the service. He refused to help me, gave me a number that he said was to the legal department and told me I could not call them in the store (he did not want other customers to hear) and he did not have the authority to fix the bill himself at this time. I have no idea whether my account is actually terminated and how much more I will be billed for services I no longer receive. No one answered when I called the number he gave me after leaving the store.

Went in with a question about my bill and the guy was getting ready to help me, then spoke to another associate standing there, and all of a sudden I have to wait 25 to 45 minutes because there was a wait but not a soul was waiting and 2 other associates had no one with them. He then had the never to tell me to call customer service, which I have, but no one can seem to help me. From this simple rude interaction it makes me regret switching to ATT

We had a very good experience. My husband and I had our phones under a new plan that saved us money plus my husband's phone had to be activated. The young man's name was Adam and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He had patience and he explained everything. He made it very easy to do everything we had to get done. I would tell anyone to go there for business.
