I've always been a fan of this particular Hot Topic. Out of everyone I have been to, this is by far the best. It is very clean, organized, and easy to get around. The staff has ALWAYS been fantastic at this location. That is where this store shines the most, the staff. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They are just pleasant to be around. I had a very good exchange with an employee named "T" today who deserves a shoutout for the good customer service and great conversation. In the end, I've never had a bad experience here and cannot praise the store enough.

Stopping for a quick browsing, I was immediately welcomed into the store. Later on, I was asked if I needed help with anything. I was definitely pleased with the good effort on behalf of customer service. As for the store itself, item variety is typical of other Hot Topic locations. If you've been to any other one, you'll know what to expect.
