This was my first time in Books-A-Million. I met my colleague here to lesson plan for the beginning of the school year and our experience started out wonderfully. The gentleman who was our barista was phenomenal and so very friendly. We were in the cafe working for about 3 hours, and packed up early when a woman who we assumed was the manager began reprimanding the friendly barista and his coworker behind the counter at a very uncomfortable volume. The way she was speaking to them was not only unprofessional but also demeaning and abusive. I have held supervisory positions in the past and would have never reprimanded a colleague in the presence of customers or other colleagues. It was not fair to the employees and was not fair to us. This manager should be required to attend leadership seminars and spend a considerable amount of time learning how to lead her team and maintain professionalism in the process. I hope she is offered this growth opportunity soon.

My daughter was begging to go to this place since we moved to the area. It was a fun place to browse. Literally millions of books and other accessory type things. Definitely excited about the "Nightmare before Christmas" section. Little coffee cafe. I didn't get a drink, but the ones I saw looked yummy.

I love coming to this Books-A-Million because they are always so friendly! I'm always finding something new to read or cute knick-knacks that didn't seem to be there the last time I went. It's a good place to go if you want to browse a store for an afternoon. :)

I found the first two books I needed fairly quickly, but it took a while to find the last two. I wish there was an easy way for us to look up what section to look in. I am unaware if there is but couldn't see anything on the app. At least tell me what genre to look in please. The store was clean and well organized. I wish I had time to look for something for myself!

Went into a physical location that was very nice..if you want to be ignored for 20 minutes in the coffee section and help yourself to finding what you asked for help with. So I thought I could use the online ordering to get a textbook I needed ASAP for a History course. Paid for quick shipping...still waiting for the book well past 2-3 day shipping. Was told I can't cancel the order or be refunded until the book shows up.. then it's up to me to print a return label or return it to a location. Then an additional 10 days for my money back. You as such a large company should be ashamed of practicing this kind of business. We work hard to pay for those overpriced books.

Wow what a place. Got to be the biggest book store I was ever in and coffee also. They have sixty feet of magazines rack. They have used ,books,comic books and used DVD to buy. They have everything . Awesome come check it out.
