Sales person completely ignored us when we walked in. Then, finally asked if we needed help. We asked some questions, but couldn't decide which phone we liked. Sales person then got very pushy & asked what we wanted to do, "like, are you gonna take a phone or what?". We left. I'm not being pushed by a rude person!

Well like always bad experience I hate when I have to go to that store!! The lady in front desk is like always with stomach pain!! The way she's looks at people, like if people go ask for something for free or something !! I just hate that store and today the other guys smoking outside was just nasty the smells inside so gross , I feel sorry for the owners of this place.. and one more time ! I hate that place!!!!

make sure you check your phone before you leave this store _ they have a special running for a 5g phone but instead of them giving a 5g gave us a 4g without us realizing because your supposed to trust that people do the right thing. For older people or ones that dont know any better make sure you get the right phone_ also dont talk down to people or insult them when your trying to explain your situation_ its better to listen to your customers because you dont know it all _ the manager their "assume" people dont know what they are talking about_ please learn better Customer Service skills. We already "chatted" you did nothing!

So I had this phone with boost for about 4 years now and it lags so much , I walked in the store ready to transfer my service and spend lots of money on a new better phone , the associates were nice , the lady helped me find a phone and protectors for like $100!! What!! All I had to do was exchange my old phone and I got one of those fancy 5g one in return Wich I wasn't a fan of at the beginning but now I love it , I am happy with metro PCS much more better service and cheap my bill is gonna be $25 a month unlimited

I was a boost mobile customer for a while but their service sucks now , I was recommended metro trough work, Reps were very nice and patient and actually knew what they were talking about and explained everything easy enough for me to understand, I'm glad I did the switch

Brandon cursed out my elderly mother for asking for a breakdown of the charges. He was shaking and spitting and demanded I apologize or he wouldn't complete the transaction. I filed a report with corporate, got a call from someone saying the store manager would call me but never did. I really hope he doesn't still work there, I've genuinely never felt so threatened the dude is absolutely unhinged. He told me he was used to construction not customer service, so maybe he should go back there. Absolute nightmare. He didn't listen and set up an extra line for no reason then tried to accuse me of scamming. Someone please follow up.

I came in about 2 weeks ago thinking it was a tmobile store , I got a text from sprint saying i needed a new chip for my phone, I spoke with Brendon told me that I needed to go to a different store to do that , when I was there I saw a big old sign talking about some 25 plan ,I asked him and he made it sound too good to be true I figure I'd give it a thought since it would save me money he was on it and gave me a paper with all the information I will need if I did decided , I came back in today ready to do this with all my information, Patrice was there today she made the whole thing painless and easy for me to understand, i get to save almost 40 bucks ! I was concerned i was not going being able to use my current samsumg but she assure me it would and it did, the service works great in my house I'm only a little concerned about the 5g stuff with sprint I never saw 5g on my phone and now I do I heard it can be harmful , I'll have to ask that next time, I'm happy to be part of metro now

I never written such a long review but here we go , I had metro before and was happy with the service but i had to let my account go a while back for lack of money i hated the idea of having to go this store since last time I went this blonde lady was there , she didn't even acknowledge me until I asked a question and she seem bothered and was rude when she answered when i asked to speak with the manager to my surprise she said she was the manager so I just told her what i thought of her and left but i had to come back now cause i needed a phone , this time a young ponytailed guy was there i told him i needed a new phone but since i haven't been working i don't have a lot of money , he show me a nice phone he said i could get for free very nice, he worked with me and my budget , he even show me a map where it showed how excellent the reception in my area is , he was very helpful and polite much more knowledgeable than the last worker i saw , overall i had a great visit and my service is perfect , thank you metro
