People working there are really friendly and helpful. Not a big fan of choice of clothes they sell .My granddaughter was shopping there . I had to watch what she was picking out . Devil on some of the clothes . ~Joanie

When you encounter an agent who is highly technical that is awesome. When you happen to get an agent who is technical and excels at customer service -that is first class service. That is what I experienced with Ryan. Not only was he personable, answered all of my questions no matter how trivial they may have been, walked me through everything on my phone and made recommendations on setting up my phone that made it as user friendly as possible, he was just the best at customer service. First let me say I now nothing about sound systems. All I know is I wanted a louder sound and I needed it to be done in a days time because I only have one vehicle. Larry explained a few things and told me what I would need and in less than 30 mins I had my order placed and time set. The install went as planned and my truck was ready before the end of the day! I can't even tell that they installed new speakers, which is amazing in itself. My system sounds so awesome and it is everything I wanted and more. Larry was so helpful and taught me a few things about a system and what makes them work. He is amazing and his follow through was impeccable! I HIGHLY recommend for any of your radio/sound needs. ~Sherry

I can't say enough about the service and quality of work at McCarthy's. I brought my 2019 Tesla Model S in for a tire repair and not only did they help me, they exceeded my expectations ten fold. They were fast, thorough and above all else as friendly as can be. Not only that they were fairly priced as well, more so than even Tesla service would have been. I am normally very particular about where I take our Model S and I can say without any doubt that I will be taking any and all vehicles I have to McCarthy's in the future. ~Christopher

This guy is just a scam. Rented a 10' truck on a Friday. I told him I didn't need it until Saturday, but he told me to come in early (at 1:30pm) on Friday, because he was closing for the Apple Blossom Festival. Then he offered a 25% discount (off $29/day for the truck and 79 cents/mile) if I got the insurance. I returned the truck by 5pm the next day (and they closed early because of the festival again), and he ended up charging me $226. I called to ask why I was charged so much (because based on the initial math, I expected the total to be around $150). He said on weekends, the cut off is 8am, so I was automatically charged for two days, plus two days of insurance. He didn't explain any of that when he sold me on this the day I rented. Not to mention the truck was a piece of junk. My son-in-law had rented with U-Haul, and I wish I had done the same. ~Tim

I have used this store a few times in the past year. The lady was working there previously was not helpful at all and very rude, as a matter of fact she would be smoking outside and have you wait until she is done!! The reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because of my experience today. The gentleman working there today was very helpful and very decent man made some time of his very busy store to come out all the way in 85 degrees weather to help me hock up my trailer and also went to help some other customers in the parking lot. Evil company. My father after 21 years with a certain corporation was let go after they leased drivers to penske. The made up reason, after no write ups or warnings, creating an uncomfortable work environment. The real reason. My mom's cancer was driving up their premiums and costing the insurance company money. They wanted any reason to get rid of a man that worked the sams job and same company for 2 decades. This was confirmed by someone who worked for the company leasing penske. Evil people and an evil company. Now three people are looking at being homeless and my mom's going to struggle for her care. He was fired the day before Thanksgiving. Thanks Penske. I was very pleased with the experience of Quality movers. Jason and his crew had me settled into my new place within no time. He mounted all my t.vs and even assembled furniture for me. In the past I chose big well known companies who were slow, careless and overpriced. I'm so glad I went with Quality movers because for the experience and friendly staff who never hesitated to do anything I asked and for the price I had money to even tip. ~Brandi
