I have used this store a few times in the past year. The lady was working there previously was not helpful at all and very rude, as a matter of fact she would be smoking outside and have you wait until she is done!! The reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because of my experience today. The gentleman working there today was very helpful and very decent man made some time of his very busy store to come out all the way in 85 degrees weather to help me hock up my trailer and also went to help some other customers in the parking lot. Evil company. My father after 21 years with a certain corporation was let go after they leased drivers to penske. The made up reason, after no write ups or warnings, creating an uncomfortable work environment. The real reason. My mom's cancer was driving up their premiums and costing the insurance company money. They wanted any reason to get rid of a man that worked the sams job and same company for 2 decades. This was confirmed by someone who worked for the company leasing penske. Evil people and an evil company. Now three people are looking at being homeless and my mom's going to struggle for her care. He was fired the day before Thanksgiving. Thanks Penske. I hope you guys and Advance are happy. ~Denis
