Giving one star is more than I would like to give to this business. I have been in several times looking for various parts to fix my sons 4 wheeler, every part needed had to be ordered as they did not have it in store (understandable), however each time a part was ordered and having to wait 1 to 2 weeks for the parts to come in, it wasn't even the correct part when it finally did come in and had to be reordered and have longer wait time. The last time I delt with this store was just a few weeks back, SAME problem when ordering a new chain, they did have one in store which he didn't measure when I got it home realized it was close to 4 inches shorter than the size I told him I needed. When returning to the store I had to wait almost 15 min before anyone came to the front from the back to help and that was only because I went searching for someone to come out. When telling him of the issue he brought out a chain he said was the only one he had in stock and it would be $45 more in price, never measured to check size which was also about 6 inches to long, he never measured the new chain to the old one, never offered to take off the extra chain length, which I would think is a service that the store would offer and was very harsh and demeaning when I asked questions about size an price as if my questions were stupid and I should already know the answers. I was very put off and will never return for future business, in my 3 year dealings with this business I have not once had a pleasant experience, and their customer service is horrible. would no recommend anyone to visit here!!!

I went to get a fuel pickup valve for my scooter they wanted to charge me 28 dollars....well of course i didnt get it there..i went online and guess how much it was after shipping.7.71...now if that aint somebody trying to rip you off dont know what is...i ordered it thursday it was here saturday with mail.

While in town for the day (A Saturday) visiting family, my had minor accident and needed a new rim for my car. If anyone has tried to find a wheel for their car and have it fixed in one day, it isn’t easy. After several attempts with a dealership and other tire outlets, I finally found John. He was able to take care of me on the spot with rims and tires for my car. Super awesome to work with and great guy. Car now looks better than it did before the accident. Highly recommend anyone in the area to look him up!

I got a subwoofer and radio installed and the job was terribly done for being very expensive. Random parts in my car are falling apart after they installed it and the wiring is out on the passenger side. They took my radio out and didn't bother to check if I had a CD in there so now its stuck in my old radio they took out. And they took things out of my glove box and front storage area and just threw it in the back. My subwoofer works fine I'm just not so sure about the "pro" part of their name.

I've gone here several times to purchase parts or accessories that are hard to find in the area. The beefy bald guy that runs the place is awesome. He is very helpful and goes out of his way to make sure you understand what you are getting. He even took a working part off of a small ATV they had for sale so my son could ride the one at home he had just broken. We didn't even buy the original one from him but he went out of his way to make sure my boy could enjoy the one at home. That's customer service. A+++ business.
