First let me say I now nothing about sound systems. All I know is I wanted a louder sound and I needed it to be done in a days time because I only have one vehicle. Larry explained a few things and told me what I would need and in less than 30 mins I had my order placed and time set. The install went as planned and my truck was ready before the end of the day! I can't even tell that they installed new speakers, which is amazing in itself. My system sounds so awesome and it is everything I wanted and more. Larry was so helpful and taught me a few things about a system and what makes them work. He is amazing and his follow through was impeccable! I HIGHLY recommend for any of your radio/sound needs.

Very rude guy. I requested an installation of a backup camera that I had purchased online and he just disdainfully replied "I don't install things from E-BAY." He gave no suggestions for any alternative options.

This is a follow up to a review that I posted two years ago. I purchased a car stereo with a back up camera from Winchester Bids. Winchester Bids had made arrangements to sell a $1000 stereo with installation through their site and in return Winchester Auto Radio received $1000 in advertising. My installation was a Jeep Wrangler and very simple maybe $500 in equipment. He made at least $500 on the deal. It was not stated in the add that there was no warranty or that the product was refurbished. The stereo failed about 8 months after the installation so I took the vehicle back to W.A.R. and they removed the stereo from the dash. Pioneer has a 1 year defect warranty and they were going to work on a replacement. Weeks passed without a call back so I started calling every week or so and they would tell me they were working on it but they never called me back. After 4 months the unit is out of warranty and they tell me that Pioneer won't cover the warranty. I feel that they waited for it to go out of warranty so they wouldn't have to deal with it or they sold a repaired or damaged unit that did not have a warranty. If they had told me from the start that they were not going to take care of the warranty I would have called Pioneer and plead my case. After all of this I purchased the identical stereo about $300 new and installed it myself and I have had zero issues since. Also, during the installation one of the tail light lenses had to be removed to connect wiring for the back up camera. While reinstalling the lenses they put it on upside down and cracked it. I fixed it myself but wanted to mention it here so that folks will know their eye for details. I did this review 2 years later because my last one was answered with false information and Google would not let clarify what happened. They were not sorry and have never issued a formal apology for their lack of effort and poor business practices. Beware and read the other reviews and make an educated decision on where you go for your audio needs.

I will finish this review upon completion of the job but I seriously doubt I am going to have any issues with these guys!! Ok... I’m back...the sound system is incredible!! Sounds like I’m in a concert in my truck!! Custom built cradle for the tens under the back seat..work was clean and uniquely presented on the dashboard... very pleased with the sound and work... ROCK ON Y’ALL!! 🎶

I had a speaker replaced. The owner is a businessman and explains thoroughly. He takes pride in what he does and you can tell he loves it too. I highly recommend. I’m 100% satisfied. & I’ll be back for a replacement radio too.

Terrible! Had a $1200.00 stereo installed for my sons birthday. Took the car home after installation and the very first day radio locks up. Plus all the functions were not working with steering wheel controls. Not to mention they destroyed the plastic panels on the rear doors. So I had to drive his car 30 miles back to Winchester to leave it over night again for them to reset stereo. Now 6 months later on a car my son has driven 256 miles since the install due to covid. Now the front left speakers are not working at all. If I could die negative stars I would.

I stopped by yesterday to get some info on pricing and some ideas. Even though I haven't gotten any work done by them yet, They were great. The owner was very easy to talk to and as soon as he realized that his current customer was going to take some time, he grabbed another employee from the shop to come out and explain everything to me. Pricing was beyond fair and nothing was explained too technical. I definitely plan on coming here when I'm ready to get my car done.

I stopped by yesterday to get some info on pricing and some ideas. Even though I haven't gotten any work done by them yet, They were great. The owner was very easy to talk to and as soon as he realized that his current customer was going to take some time, he grabbed another employee from the shop to come out and explain everything to me. Pricing was beyond fair and nothing was explained too technical. I definitely plan on coming here when I'm ready to get my car done.
