I can't say enough about the service and quality of work at McCarthy's. I brought my 2019 Tesla Model S in for a tire repair and not only did they help me, they exceeded my expectations ten fold. They were fast, thorough and above all else as friendly as can be. Not only that they were fairly priced as well, more so than even Tesla service would have been. I had been a loyal customer at another shop for years. They told me that it would take me approximately 27 hours to get my car back from having a state inspection. I went to McCarthy right off the bat 3 and 1/2 hours and it was done. They will have my business from now on.

Made appointment last week for state inspection, two new front tires and front end alignment.was told tires would be in no problem ordered that day. Show up for appointment today Tuesday. After not working for the day. No state inspection tech. Okay so two tires and front end alignment. Than after waiting a bit informed tires are not at shop but still at warehouse. Eight of tires ordered apparently that shows on computer. Next excuse was they did have eight but other shop sold them to another customer. Needless to say we won’t be coming back. This has nothing to do with COVID Seems every time I go always issues with this business. While I was waiting a guy showed up to get tires he dropped off last week. Not ready and not worked on apparently excuse for that was no one did a ticket on them. No words. Except another trip to town and day off work.

We've come to McCarthy's here and in Martinsburg a total of 5 times in 4 months only 3 of those were by choice and we will not be returning. This corporation has systemic carelessness and poor workmanship. Its not worth your time or money. 1st Martinsburg- chose this location because they could get us in quickly to have snow tires put on the front in December. They said to bring it back the following week so they could "double check the torque" ... i was highly confused because I had never in my nearly 20 years of driving had a mechanic say that. We had to wait 2 weeks because its our only car and my husband works in Winchester. In that 2 weeks the valve started leaking and the TPMS broke on one of the front tires they had just mounted. First time I attributed it to "eh could have been old stuff happens" We couldn't afford a new monitor at the time ($80) so they put a basic valve on for "free" 3rd visit Winchester - had back tires mounted and front TPMS replaced. Get the car back 2 days later the TPMS stops working AGAIN. This time on newly mounted back tires..... something doesnt feel like a coincidence any more The 4th Winchester visit I'll say is our fault and should have never happened because we should have found a new mechanic. We have the oil changed. Get a voicemail the next day, Thursday (that we unfortunately didn't listen to until Sunday) saying basically hey we think we forgot to put your oil cap back on.... that weekend we had drivien to see family near Pittsburgh.... almost 500 miles round trip without an oil cap. The 5th and last time is to retrieve our oil cap and have them redo the oil change. Goodbye and good riddance.

I decided to give them a try based on a recommendation and I couldn't be more pleased that I did.They accurately diagnosed my problem and fixed in within a couple hours. After getting the spare put on (after a 2 hour wait) I contacted McCarthy tire about having new tires put on the Class C. I spoke to Rodney and he said as long as we got there by 4:00 they could do it. Arrived at 3:38, they had to take the tow dolly off, got the MH in the shop, replaced 2 tires and rotated the good tires to the front. These gentlemen went over and above to help us and get us back on the road. I can’t say enough good things about Rod and his crew. Left there 3 minutes before closing. I highly recommend this place for service and friendliness.
