This place got us in first thing on a Sunday morning when I called. JJ the was the person I talked with and he was so polite and helped me make sure I got the exact tires I wanted for a great price. It's hard to find a place open on a Sunday let alone one that will let you come in with no appointment. Very pleased with my experience with this Firestone!

Took care of my car without any issues. A part they ordered came in a day early, and they took care of it and got my car back a day earlier than projected. I would definitely use them again.

FIND ANOTHER PLACE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. i have been getting my inspections here for a couple years. Everytime i go they tell me i need an oil change, spark plugs etc. I have literally gone there with 1 car right after a tune up, and another car right after a synthetic oil change. Got an oil change here on my fathers car it broke down on the way home because they did not put the cap on, oil all over the engine. Tried coming for an inspection 3 seperate times after calling to see no inspection signs. IM DONE!!! I WILL DRIVE OUT OF MY WAY TO NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

They lied on my car after a scheduled appointment said the couldnt front align a 02 BMW I will get anwaser they drove me 2 hours with no explanation. I've got 12 years I'm ASE Certifiend and they couldn't tell me why when they scheduled it. Prepare for the fight I want someone to show me why my cars different. It's easy clean work all parts are new splash shields removed. 17/ 19 tie rod adjustment bolts are easily accessible. Will be in touch! You drove me 2 hours and had 2 days of contact to tell me

My son and I got stranded at the Bridgestone Tire location and had to sleep in my car overnight. I was out of town and nobody is open on Sundays. I had no appointment and they were completely booked for the day. I explained my situation and my car was taken care of in a 1/2 hour. I have no way of expressing my gratitude for the gentlemen at this shop. I would recommend this establishment to everyone.

Recently I was shopping for a new set of tires, normally I purchase Continental or Michelin but since Firestone was running a pretty good mail in rebate they won out this time. As far as the service, it did take a little longer than I expected but I know people are short staffed right now so I over looked it. Everything related to the tire and the alignment that was performed I am satisfied with. All the staff seemed friendly and were pleasant do with. Now my complaint, Firestone was offering a 150.00 rebate on the Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack tires so those are the ones that I chose, and confirmed a few times with the store that they were indeed part of the rebate. The gentlemen working the front desk told me to wait a few weeks and it would populate on the account I set up. I tried a few times claiming the rebate online but it would only allow me to select truck/bus tires. So finally today (3AUG21) I called the help desk for Firestone and they informed me that was not true and those tires did not qualify at any time. So now I have a set of tires that costed 150.00 more dollars than the competitors, and I will not purchase any more Firestone tires.

August 30, 2018 Went to today for tire problem check and the employee in the garage says to park my car then go to the front desk. Went to the front desk another employee says there needs to be an appointment and the earliest one is on Tuesday next week September 4, 2018 and claims there are cars that need to get done when there aren't many in the garage when I asked as I saw a lot of their employees show up near the front desk
